Aso i got the 6 pro, and after a few red os updates my codm game started feeling a bit delayed so i went to devoloper options and scrolled on the bottom where it says Graphics driver preferences and selected cod from default driver to graphics driver or gpu driver and now my shots hit instantly instead a bit of a delay
You gotta enable Rise mode instead of Balanced. If you really want ultra performance there is a Diablo mode you have to enable in settings. It is the ultimate setting where the clocks are maxed all the time for the best performance.

I wonder if the boxy design is comfortable to hold for a long time, because the phone is quite heavy and I will support it at the bottom edge with my pinky.

IT DOESNT MATTER THAT Redmagic 7 got 165hz rm8 pro still better got a better cpu gpu newer wifi 7.0 and bluetooth louder speakers and a bigger battery. Rm8 pro with 120hz is more then enough ( many games can't run at over 120 fps so there is no need for a 165hz screen since many games can't even handle 120hz)
I just got 1 Yesterday and Now it Does 120 fps at Low & Medium in MP and 90 fps at Low & Medium in BR, this Redmagic 8 Pro is Amazing, so as of Now, theres No Need for RM9 Pro.

If you watch alot of videos on your phone and want good gaming performance then red magic 8 pro is the best, but if you want really good camera then go for s23 ultra, if you only want good software and smoothness go for iphone 14 pro max and lastly if you want to have red magic 8 pro but double the price and same performance then get rog phone 7
@@morganpeters7285 It's because this RM8 Pro has Under-display Camera (UDC) that lowers refresh rate. Anything higher than 120hz will make it super expensive.

I've had a S20 Ultra for the last three years and just ordered the RM8. I'm tired of Samsung, I also wanted something with a 3.5mm jack for music/headphones. (Tired of the darn adapter) For me it was a toss up between Asus and Redmagic, I went with RM due to the price and got it on sale in a bundle with their gamepad for less than $900. I paid $1400 for my S20 Ultra three years ago for comparison, and it didn't even come with a charger, or the 3.5 mm adapter, had to buy those separate. My only other option would be the Sony Xperia Pro 2, except I hear it won't be out till around Nov/Dec this year, so that's off the table. I still might get it as a daily though, once it is available. Sony's phones are amongst some of the best 'camera' phones on the market. Where as the RM8 from what I've seen in reviews is probably worse off than my 3 year old S20 Ultra.. Then again I didn't order it for the camera. I still have a few days to wait until it arrives, hopefully with no delays. Currently I'm with Verizon, hopefully I won't have any issues getting appropriate service. I'll be hanging onto my S20 Ultra as my daily until the Sony comes out. For me 2 phones will be nice, the way my plan works it would double my available hotspot data, as it's per device/line. As a long haul trucker my access to data for my Laptop is a pain, and modern games, like CoD for example chew through my data like a fat cow with their updates. Not to mention hardware drivers, firmware, security updates, and OS updates. Windows gobbles up hoards of data compared to my Android devices..
I guess that this come to show, Skins don't guarantee Skills. Owning an expensive device but you have poor internet connection, is rather pointless when you're playing an online game.

My rog phone 6D ultimate runs CODM at 120FPS on medium settings, why are other gaming phones set to a lower frame rate with lower settings? It might be because Asus is a partner with CODM and it’s the official phone of CODM tournaments but why such a big difference?

Almost all games are capped at 60-120fps so more than 120hz is kinda pointless (I pretty sure that was their reasoning)

Go for the RM8 Pro I own the s23 ultra and Pubg gaming performance Is bad, my fps constantly drops, the screen feels choppy and not smooth 😊😭

Your in game ping MS is like 70ms which is really high to play rank vs real players.
I always play in 20 or 15 fps kinda sad very lag not a fun to do..
