What are the peak counts for all the tosses?

@MadelineMathias it depends on which piece of equipment you are talking about :) Are you talking about flag rifle or sabre Tosses? If you are wanting to know for all pieces of equipment, I can tell you that too!

Absolutely I can! Just to make I do the tutorials correct, you mean the parallel an single 45 starting behind the back right? So like a 1 handed release right for both? :)

@@Brittany_Whitlow yes just one handed on both. Just the parallel starting from behind the back.

What weights do you use in your flag?

I use a 4.5 inch bolt in the top of my flag and a 2.5 inch bolt in the bottom of my flag because it makes it alittle heavier and easier to use outside! But I've also used 3.5 inch and 2 inch before and it just makes it a little lighter

@@Brittany_Whitlow I think I have a 3 at the top and a 2 at the bottom of mine, but it feels heavier than the ones we uses in guard at my High school. I just can't seem to get the weight feeling right 😟.
