Yeah 39x won but let's hope next time he is out they all target him and get him out early. I get it you want to win but if you don't give the stands a show that mean no money for prizes and that mean no derby in the future. Get on the track and put on a show.
@@justinbackes2858 If they were already his friends then what I said is still correct. Cashing all of the checks? 😂😂😂 Tell me you're new to demolition derbies without telling me you're new to demo derbies. No one makes money doing this, some people just lose less than others. I invested about $1,100 to do it for two years, which was 12 events at the same track. Got the junker car for free (I used two different cars) and friends of mine did most of the work. I got two fan's choice awards and got to participate in the finals twice. Zero wins. My total winnings were $100, which I subtracted from that investment total above. If I won every single heat I was in, I would have broke even exactly ($75 each for the 12 heats, $150 each for the two finals). Those prices were from 17 years ago at a track that drew a lot more fans than this one.
That Town Car didn't deserve to win. He had me thinking of that stupid second gen Durango from a month or so ago. Bad driving involving steering and aiming. Not hitting hard enough. Missed out on plenty of opportunities to hit other cars, other than the driver's door.

Hi all my own belogical daddys out there racing
I don't think I've ever seen an ending like that before, with three cars just getting tied up. The winner made no friends with those soft hits
RIGHT!
They were already his friends and still are I'm sure. No damage and going home cashing all the checks.
