I love it that Lauren is close now! I always exercised at home with the kids. As my daughter grew older she would do the exercise with me. It was so cute. Both my kids know that exercising and stretching should be done and is very good for your mind and body.
I love it too but I'm also sorry for her that her marriage ended so fast
Ciao Leena, I'm following you from Italy. I fully agree with your discourse on your children. More protection for them, it doesn't hurt anyone, it doesn't cost you anything and for them it's good for their privacy. Of course I'm sure you share what you think you need to show, the most personal parts of your life remain private. Always let people into your life tiptoe so you don't allow them to make confidences that they don't deserve!

The toddler hitting you while you do yoga is the most realistic thing I've seen lol. My toddler pulls my hair, hits my face, sits in the middle of my yoga mat and cries. But he's my third so I know one day he will sleep through the night and I'll be able to do a morning routine before they wake up inshallah. Even if it's just a few interrupted minutes keep up with the yoga! It's so good for your mind and body

Please don't leave jonah unsupervised in the bathroom. Even more dangerous is having access to the products, he can open up and drink/eat anything ir throw/drop something and break it or hurt himself
Also why clean the playroom? Just close the door! Thats a once a month activity imo. The point of the playroom is to be messy. Teach Alaina to help you clean up by spending 5 minutes a day putting things away with her
