I’m not seeing any option for NDI source in OBS. Do you have any advice?

NDI is a separate app you need to install, have you already got it?

is there a way to record audio from your computer during streams? like if i was playing a game on my laptop would it be able to capture the audio?

Yup, in OBS, go to Sources and hit the "+" and there should be "macOS Audio Capture" as one of the options. Once you add it, it'll ask for the "Method" which you probably want to use "Application Capture" and then pick the game application as the source.

Hii, after I choose macOS screen capture, it only shows my vtuber moving when I'm on vtube studio, after I go back to obs it freezes. Is there any way to solve this? (Also, when you mention ndi capture, how do you get that option because there's no such thing in my obs)

For the first problem, don't minimize VTube Studio, just leave it in the background, does that help?
For the NDI option, it's possible you need the OBS-NDI link plugin, which is now called DistroAV. You can find it at Github here: github.com/DistroAV/DistroAV/releases
