Brilliant video please can you help me I have two hella G82 actuators which keep stalling in the down position but the vane connector is free as a bird. Cannot understand why? Tried an output test on VCDS shows the actuator stuck code? Thanks
I've been thinking about this for awhile on my BRM. I seen a guy overseas that did on a Seat and was wondering how he wired it. Figuring out how to mount it would be my problem. Hope you can get it to where we have almost a drop in solution.

Btw, bmw 3.0D (atleast E39) M57 maf sensor plugs are 100% correct ones for this.

the n75 limits adjustment is done on actuator or edc 15

Vacuum can be slow an unreliable the actuator is quick an with precision

Yes,otherwise it will not run correct.
Exactly what im after. id like to modifyt an external gate to run one also. do you know the hz that the vw boost control solinoid outputs?

What is the part number of the hella actuator?
Would this need to be calibrated in both pid configuration and n75 mapping?
There is output signal that needs calibration, pid's and n75/n75 limits need adjusted after it is fitted and logs are made.
