It came in Saturday! I love it!!! I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and as my elderly mom's care giver I need to spend my energy wisely. Our children are grown, but with adults 4 adults, 4 long haired cats, 1 large long haired dog, in a sandy, dusty climate this will prove to be very valuable! I do vacuum/sweep first because I just can't do that to this beautiful machine, but it still finds and picks up so much that is missed. Thank you so much for recommending this product! ❤ I am a random person who came to RUclips looking for information. I was not paid to leave this review.
I actually love the fact that does not have an app! I hate every single time I buy a new technology and I need to sign up and use the app to use the technology! I miss the days where we did not need a phone for everything!
I have this machine, and I think you are right it is a great one. I am amazed that most of these machines do NOT allow a DRY VAC option. This one has a suction only mode but when you turn the machine on initially before choosing a mode, it automatically puts down water. So, if I want to just pick up some crumbs dropped on the floor it adds water, then I feel like I have to reclean the entire machine. It also does NOT clean rugs, strictly a hard floor cleaner. So, I have to dry vac my throw rugs and pick them up before using this machine. What I have also noticed about it is, because of the self-propel or assist, I find myself fighting with it when I pull back on it. Also, it only has a 1 yr. warranty. Still dreaming of the perfect one.....lol
Does the Bissell crosswave omniforce have a dry vac option? I think it does and it also works on rugs. But it does not have a self drying function. If you can live with that, then that’s an option worth considering.
@@sallybinczak6156 what's the difference though in your opinion? the omniforce seems pretty good for cleaning most messy floors. and also has dry vac only on top of it, so it can clean rugs really well. it's just the no self drying options and less run time that are a minor inconvenience.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and I have never been happier. Also agree that this is better than Roborock (used Flexi Pro), Dreame (used H14) and Tineco (not used).
Hi, thanks for the thorough review. I am wondering if this can work on flat woven rugs? If not, what similar product (cordless) would you recommend that cleans both hard floors and flat woven rugs?
I was just about to buy the Tineco S7 Switch when this review came up on my feed. Unfortunately the Narwal is out of stock everywhere. I'm not sure if i should get the Tineco now or wait for the Narwal to get back in stock.
Cannot find this in stock anywhere! Link to Amazon says not in stock and don't know when or if it will ever be available. Know anything about this? UWant is the same! Can't find either one in US with available parts to order etc.
Narwal had a flood of orders, so it would appear they've sold out! Hopefully they should be back in stock soon, but will try to get clarity from Narwal. UWANT is not yet on sale in the U.S, should be by early next year.
It’s still sold out!! Wanted to buy it this week! Is there a close second you would recommend to this? Or a dry vacuum mop combo that has just as good self cleaning functions? I’d consider a robot vacuum if it has similar features to the S20 pro!
Any recommendations for cleaning solutions after you run out of the solution that comes with it? Would like to buy the machine but they don’t seem to sell the cleaning solution separately
I have seen a new Rowenta x-clean 10, that has almost the same specifications as this one, looks almost the same and it is made in partnership with Narwal. So it is the one made for Europe? Maybe you can find out ..
Interesting. Thanks for that, I wasn't aware of that partnership. Looking at the X-Clean 10 I do see some similarities (though unfortunately that lovely Narwal screen isn't one of them). I've already reached out to Narwal asking their plans for Europe, haven't heard back. Will report back when/if I get a solid answer
I wish I could buy it but unfortunately it is not available in Europe :( One question: regardless of the 180º lay flat, which one do you think is better, the H13 pro or the Flexi Pro?
I have the Dreame h13 pro. Bought it at a bad time right as the h14 came out. But curious if this is worth the upgrade. My biggest gripe with the h13 is the dirty bin, it’s imposingly hard to take off each time and it does not catch the small bits at all making cleaning often a chore.
Hi there 😊. Have you ever tried the osotek h200 pro plus? It claims clean the brush 100c hot water and dries it 66c hot . 180 lay flat. Only 10cm high when flat, looks good. I bought it ,just hope I won't be disappointed. But there's no much choice in uk. Thank you and keep your good work😊😊😊
That's a good one! Haven't had the chance to try the H200 Pro Plus but indeed sounds interesting, at least on paper. Will see if I can get my hands on one for review. Thanks forw atching!
So this has just about every feature the latest Tineco vacuums have but for much less especially with the coupon? I just ordered a roboroc flexipro then did more research and found the Tineco s7 flashdry was the best for the price and now this Narwal has the drying brush and lays flat and a separate tank for cleaning solution and anti tangle? I’m wondering what’s the gag but I’m ordering this and returning the others. I just need to know where I can order more cleaning solution. I’m having to replace my Tineco s3 that stopped charging just when the warranty expired. Thanks for this review and the coupon. All these machines should have a brush dryer.
Thanks for your comment! Indeed I've found the S20 Pro to have the most features/good design choices of all the wet/dry vacs I tested, and is even cheaper than a bunch of other ones that fall short compared to it. Feel free to come back and share your experience with it once you receive it! Cheers
Hi, is there a way to completely dry the dirty water tank without taking it out to airdry? The drying process seems to only dry the filter which dries the top part of the dirty water tank, the bottom half still has water droplets.
Unfortunately not. I also haven't seen any models at all that can dry the water tank. Afraid air drying is your only option (or if you clean and rinse it, I often stick it back into the machine. As long as it's clean, even if slightly wet, I haven't experienced any bad odors.
@@RawansReviews ok thanks for the update. The way it's marketed seemed like it would dry itself completely. If they had a couple of slots in the base to put the 2 parts of the dirty water tank that would have been perfect. Anyway appreciate the quick response.

Yes unfortunately after reading the comments, I tested it out and indeed it does dispense a little bit of water during suction mode. Not sure why--but the brush roll does get slightly wet even in that mode.
@ appreciate you personally checking and sorry for the questions, it’s just that it’s a big investment. Will it then be a truly dry vac or will the machine not operate at all when there is no water in the clean water tank? Thank you! Appreciate it
@dushyantravi6549 no worries! Unfortunately it’ll throw an error and stop working without the tank or if the tank is empty. Curious, in what cases would you use only suction mode without wanting any water? Cleaning carpets for ex? Or had something else in mind?
@ thank you! My use case for a dry vac mode is using it to vacuum hard wood floors and carpets in case there is just dry dirt. Understood that there will be better dedicated vacuums separately for wood flooring and carpets but I am not looking for a deep clean but just for daily maintenance so thought it would be nice to have one machine that can vacuum and mop, a true 2 in 1 machine. Again something for daily maintenance and not a deep clean. Vacuuming up eggs and pasta is not something I (or most people I would think) do every day, but vacuuming up dry dirt is a far more common use case.
