Hence wanted to check whether the other other 2 you mentioned, Heera and EastEnd, are any good. Is it pure wheat flour or has a mix of maida. I am quite skeptical about trying these are cost wise these are significantly cheaper than Pillsbury. Makes me wonder why so.

Hi Deep.. I wanted to share a tip with you. When making butternut squash, you can just rub some oil on it and then put it in a dish with some water and then in the oven. Bake for 40 mins.. when it’s done just peel the skin.. and clean the seeds. Then cut into pieces and add to your masala. The squash is already cooked on the inside.
