Correction: The Trend and the Limited both have 18 inch wheels but they're different designs. There are a couple of errors on this video. Here's my more complete and error free review of the everest Trend with actual driving impressions: ruclips.net/video/DhCMkYl38vw/видео.html
Woah, Ford is out for blood in the segment. I had to double check if this is indeed the Trend spec. Sana lang wag nila bawiin yung features ala Territory na nadecontent after some time in the market. This also puts pressure on the competition to provide better value at the entry level. Seriously if this came out 6-8 mos my decision would've been very different and harder.
Two more features that no one ever discusses that are different and I only learned until I got the Limited is: 1. Different Mags; 2. Different Tail Lights.
Thanks for the awesome review. Very informative and on point. No annoying theatrics and corny gimmick lines. Can you do comparo of all basic models for the 5 major manufacturers? Im seriously considering fortuner g but it looks like ford everest is a better choice.
i waited this review..lots of bloggers just reviewed the top of d line. but they missed d base model which has a good specs compared to other competitors.
Awesome content, appreciate your brief comparison between the everest limited and trend, i completely agree that for a base model, it had it's bells and whistles compared to other brands 🤔👍
I have checked various dealers of ford, and the trend is offered 1,816,000php. Noting the MSRP is actually 1,799,000php. Anyone can recommend a dealer that’s selling at market rate?
I got about 9kpl in the city and about 16kpl on the highway. You can watch this video for my full review including driving impressions: ruclips.net/video/DhCMkYl38vw/видео.html
It automatically holds the brakes when you come to a complete stop so you won't have to put your foot on the pedal the entire time. Helpful in stop lights or in heavy, stop and go traffic
It depends on how you take care of your car. Take good care of your vehicle then reliability will follow. Meron nga may ng comment sa ibang vlog 2016 pa ung ung everest at ranger nya, wala nmn problema if you just take care and follow ang maintenance schedule.
I'm so confused on what variant is being reviewed. The comparisons to other trims are very confusing too. It's like jumping from one trim to another and then back. I got lost

salamat sir
The 18 inch wheels will be the best compromise between on/off road in the Everest range. Great review and comparison, thanks for the vid.
I think you're the first to review this base variant of the 2023 Ford Everest ...thanks for this

I agree Best value for a base model SUV in 2023 hope other brand follows.👌
Nice review brother. Keep it up.. eyeing for this one.
So either the base trend or the totl titanium biturbo for the 2022 everest! 🍻
The best base model ppv 🙌🙌
Two more features that no one ever discusses that are different and I only learned until I got the Limited is: 1. Different Mags; 2. Different Tail Lights.
Meanwhile toyota Philippines still cost cutting it's cars...
Mahal at matagtag pa

Damn it doesn’t look like a base model at all 😮 and with those accessories and gadgets, I think it’s totally worth it. good job everest
i waited this review..lots of bloggers just reviewed the top of d line. but they missed d base model which has a good specs compared to other competitors.
Ford destroy the competition on the SUV base model segment. No other base model variant comes close.
wow salamat dito sir, ikaw bukod tangi nagpakita ng trend ung iba puro titanium hehe,.
Awesome content, appreciate your brief comparison between the everest limited and trend, i completely agree that for a base model, it had it's bells and whistles compared to other brands 🤔👍
Planning to buy Everest Trend, is it better than Montero when it comes to features? I've review both of them and montero has more power than Everest.
Same thought
Love the comprehensive review and the recommendation provided in the end. No bias pure value! Keep it up Sir Jay!
Always been a fan of the Everest trend because I don’t want to sound old. I don’t really need all the features
Thanks for this video. Clearly explained. I now have an idea of what these new variants are without actually going to the showroom.
Great, someone paid attention to the base variant.. Awesome!
oo nga boss halos lahat titanium lng pinakita.
Pls make a side by side comparo of Trend vs Sport. Is the 290k difference worth the money? Thanks
Do you have the Fuel consumption?
what about tow hitch, can it be fixed?
I heard that these 2.0 liter engines are now using timing belts instead of timing chains on their 2.2 before?
Thanks for this, big help in the decision process. Will now get our Ford Everest Trend!
Rims of Trend and Limited as well are different.
The "Best" base model in the market so far.
Do they have a manual transmission in the Ford Everest? Because i have a plan to buy this kind of SUV car
@@joeheartoisapal1790 no manual variants for the Everest
@@jaywalkurthanks
The best base model for an SUV. Period.
Limited VS Sport please
Please do the sport trim. :)

1,799,000 is metro manila price. In Baguio, it's price is increased to 25k due to logistics.
So much value
Dream Car
100th like is on me! Kidding aside, I hope the haters will appreciate the beauty of the new gen!
Sagad naba ung 2nd row to the front?
Ford should have released a Gas variant given the ridiculous diesel prices here in PH
For the Limited variant, can you fully open and close that tailgate from the driver's seat?
Yes. There is a button for it.
Must needed ng ford pra msapawan ang reliability issue nla before.
Yung new model nla sir refined na wla na masyadong engine problems unlike before
thanks for the review, been waiting for it!
Finally #trend
2nd row seats cannot fold flat?
It can fold flat
at last the trend review...
Please do the sport trim. :)
Jaywalkur pls 4x4 naman
What are the issues of the previous everest? they still have the same engine 2.0
Issue? Daming inggiterong may trust issues sa ford. We have a 12 year old 1st gen everest still running.
This versus the Montero Sport GLS (2022/20223)? Please someone tell me that I made a great decision lol.
Kung saan ka masaya. Ako masaya sa 2023 Everest Trend ko 🙂
Wag sa Monstero sports. Everest kana😁😁😁😁😁
May manual transmission ba?
None.
thanks for the review
Wow Good Price
No more ambiente
First hehe
nice one Jay
very nice
Nice review
walang manual ang base model nito?
wala
I think I did not hear the fuel consumption...

Ok... Is that color an aluminum metallic type?
my question is does this model have safety features like
abs/ebd
??
Yes
@@Bahistapoakoeh sad to say they don't put that in their brochure. i do expect it to be a standard safety feature considering a car this big.
@@an2ny2100 all the safety features are on the brochure

Whats auto hold

Pls make a comapro between the forty Q and the everest sport
Not even the base model. Base model is the Ambiente.
Ambiente is not available in the Philippines anymore
@@JasonDavide yea, only ambient now is the 2016-17 ones which you can buy here only secondhand..
Maliit lang ang makina nya
Edited....
Thank you for the walk through! Just a clarification - I noticed what looks like front proximity sensors for the Trend? Is that functional?
We have the same question. I hope it does
The Limited has front sensors which the Trend does not have (only rear sensors)
Maintain Lang ang makina nya
