    Properties of wood:
    Solid
Hard (doesn't deform due to slamming at 2:07)
Soft like butter (to the point where it can be shaped by a butter knife at 2:11)
Absorbs kinetic energy (1:56 tbh I don't even know what happens here)
    DEFIES *GRAVITY* (1:18 what)
    Absorbs powder very efficiently (3:36)

@@clintoruss153 video is typically 24 or 30 frames per second. Stop motion is done 1 frame at a time, like a picture, a slight move is made and another frame, and it takes at least 24 pictures or frames to be done for each second of video. It's a slow, painstaking process but it's so rewarding to make and watch.

@@91Kuan I've seen a bunch of comments speculating that either the wood used in the video was actually clay or even soap, or confidently claiming that the whole thing was made with cgi… but as someone who knows how animation works and has seen loads of techniques, it's blatantly obvious that this was done using stop motion. It's incredibly smooth and well made to be sure- something this high quality being put up on youtube that isn't a product of the larger industry is rare- but anyone familiar with animation can immediately tell from the editing, movements, and sound syncing that this was made picture by picture before being compiled into a visible animation. It makes the comments seem very silly, especially since there's this odd mindset some people seem to have that animation = cartoon = for kids = easy and overplayed… despite unique and painstaking things like this sitting right in front of them! :0
