I've prayed for this poor guy, hearing the pain he is enduring to get better is so sad. I've seen thousands of cases and this mans inflammation and the amounts of puss is some of the absolute worst. I know he is in good hands though.
This case is very different from Hung's, this guy has infectious cystic acne, deeper and with many cysts deep inside, which makes it much more complicated and painful to extract.
Please someone help me to understand why he doesn't empty some of these that are easy to drain. This may be due to his diet. Please I'm not trying to be insensitive.
Not usually. And if she does,I don't think she would use cream on broken skin. It affects unbroken skin unfavourably too, according to Hien Van, who is often quoted, but not my favourite, so I don't really know why. Injections, no, that's not allowed.
I can't imagine the pain this dear young man is suffering. My heart goes out to him. That being said, I wonder how a dermatologist would treat this type of acne.
@Michela Thompson look up Mr. Popzit aka Greg Lynch, Derm PA. He is in California and he has some bad acne patients and he explains everything so well.
He has a long road ahead. And I am glad he is taking antibiotics. But once all those huge cores are removed, his skin will heal. When I was younger, my boyfriend at the time had similar acne. Kids used to make fun of him and call him pizza face. He was put on medication, and of course, I would pop them. Took about a year and it was under control. He had some scaring. Mostly enlarged pores. But healed nicely.
I’ve never seen anything like this in my whole entire life. It makes me feel so sad for the person that has to endure. I hope that the treatments will work and he will not have to go through this anymore.
Let's keep in mind that treatment with a doctor in cases of acne can only be done for a few months, usually no more than six, because of the side effects that they bring and hurt the liver and kidneys. With this time, the pore stops producing fat, that's what the treatment is about. However, it is always necessary to maintain daily skin care, with cleansing and creams...
It's the YT default length, but also I think that Thuy is breaking up the sessions to give him a break. He was there all day for videos 1 to 6, and it looks like it's the same arrangement this time for videos 7 to 12 - we haven't seen them all yet. But she's put them in a playlist and apparently you can get them to play back to back. But it's a long time for a young boy to lie there in pain isn't it?
I can only hope that this young man is also on a medication regime to treat the infection and inflammation. That would speed up his healing process a lot.

Admire someone thats to lazy to wash their face???
Bless this young man!! The pain that he is going through! Praying he heals fast!! 😢😢
Can He Be Cured
Quá siêu.rất chuyên nghiệp.toàn ca khủng 👍
I legit felt guilty for watching this. I cannot imagine how painful it was 😫. Bless him 🖤
Thuy so conscientious and caring. My best to you both! I do see clearing in Gy's skin! Patience and Thuy will bring you to much better skin. Continued success!❤😊
She is so gentle not making more trauma on this clients face. The skin is so delicate. Must hurt😢
Está cada vez melhor.
Bom trabalho,profissional❤
He needs to be treated by a Dermatologist
Not sure if it's just me but he's looking better! 😊
He is. He should only have a few more sessions before he’s all healed up. You can tell by how clean his skin is looking and the amount of gunk extracted
@@sailoriris4 It's amazing to see the difference! Thuy is phenomenal with her work. :)

@@bonniebrock5109 Wow!
I love seeing all the infection come out and then the final pimple come out
Dear, this isn’t an infection. It’s called sebum, it’s just an inflamed hair follicle/pore.
@@teewrex7184 sorry, Pam was right, it is a great infeccion, dear. Thùy said!
@@dolorstenas where did Thuy say that?
Reading her description above, she says only severe inflamed acne. We are having translations by what we read then translate, we are having translations by people who can speak Vietnamese. All I know, it is inflamed, some lesions look as if they have pus as well as sebum, as well as nodules. Let's just agree his skin is in a bad way. On that we can agree, if we can't agree on semantics.
@@teewrex7184 the first day. Part 1
She skipped a few and she doesn't squeeze it all out
This looks so painful. Wishing him a full recovery ❤

🌼💛 1:33 MY FAVORITE (as usual) heeheehee 😜 Really love those that are attached to scab!!🩵💙OMG another @ 3:37! Thuy - You’re the best, thank goodness he’s in your hands 😊
I've prayed for this poor guy, hearing the pain he is enduring to get better is so sad. I've seen thousands of cases and this mans inflammation and the amounts of puss is some of the absolute worst. I know he is in good hands though.
And he's just about 13, so young.
Does this remind anyone of Hungs journey? Thuy did a miracle with his skin. This young man is in the right hands.
This case is very different from Hung's, this guy has infectious cystic acne, deeper and with many cysts deep inside, which makes it much more complicated and painful to extract.
But yes, many people have recollections of Hung. And many people criticised every single video, until the end, when we saw a miracle.
@@dolorstenas I wasn’t diagnosing the the type of acne. I was thinking more a long the lines of the time it’s taking, like a series.
Please someone help me to understand why he doesn't empty some of these that are easy to drain. This may be due to his diet. Please I'm not trying to be insensitive.
Now THIS is the Sac Dep I know. Thorough evac. Good job!
Glad to see that Mr. GY is healing and making progress! Hang in there!
Infection is bad😮
Acne this bad needs more than spa treatment.
Thank you, Thuy and client for sharing. Do you use topical Lidocaine on some of your more severe cases?
I question that also. I hope so. I think it must be such a relief for the client to get that stuff out and feel relief
@@Baniepam Definitely!😊
Not usually. And if she does,I don't think she would use cream on broken skin. It affects unbroken skin unfavourably too, according to Hien Van, who is often quoted, but not my favourite, so I don't really know why. Injections, no, that's not allowed.
@@DiM2646 Poor guy. He apparently really wants to get ahead of this acne! I admire his courage.
No, she doesn’t. Lidocaine only can be used in a little zone, not in the whole face. Is so much dangerous.
If anybody can, Thuy can 👏🏼👏🏼🌷🌷
That's a slogan!
I can't imagine the pain this dear young man is suffering. My heart goes out to him. That being said, I wonder how a dermatologist would treat this type of acne.
In Vietnam , dermatologists often prescribe Rx meds and then refer to Thuy, or other aestheticians for extraction.
According to the translations a dermatologist prescribed some antibiotics to help
@Michela Thompson look up Mr. Popzit aka Greg Lynch, Derm PA. He is in California and he has some bad acne patients and he explains everything so well.
Wish you the best youmg man!!! Speedy recovery.
Desejo uma melhora rápida e uma cura completa. Fique bem.
Dios le brinde pronta sanación a esa piel 🙏
As a 71 year old woman who has been blessed with good skin, my heart breaks for this person. God bless.
So how is he doing? Has his skin improved?
Anyone else think about the fact that every time she uses that knife she introduces new contaminants to an already compromised area?
Look forward to seeing the progress on this young man. He has a lot of courage to enter this treatment regimen.
I can't imagine the pain this client is going through. Lord give him the strength to get through this !!
His skin, and acne, have greatly improved, through hard work! Good Job!!
I’ve never seen anything like this in my whole entire life. It makes me feel so sad for the person that has to endure. I hope that the treatments will work and he will not have to go through this anymore.

Anyone waiting on the next session to drop. Like it’s your favorite show on Netflix and you’ve watched them all? 🤣
Where did you see these?
@@DiM2646 Sac Deep. Her channel has all 8 so far.
Totally. Lololol I would binge it like Netflix but I’m too excited to let them build up!
I'm trying to answer you, but my replies are being removed. This IS Sac Dep Spa, so we will see them all!
@@DiM2646 yes
She doesn't finish one thing and moves on to another. This is meanness.
This one has a clean facebut need some kind of medicated acne wash and meds.
Thank you for the info...✌️
I wish we could get longer videos of him! 😫😮💨
@@user-WPG_Arts He is. In the audio conversation (per translations) Thuy says he is on antibiotic and asks them to continue the topical cream. Each visit the spa will do treatments before/after this extraction step.
Hope the poor chap goes well with the treatment,he really needs help
Oh my goodness!! I’ve never ever seen such bad cystic acne on anyone’s face before!! Good luck with this client Thuy!❤❤❤❤❤

Although this isn't my preferred technique for this kinda acne, it's still great to watch what ever you do get out.
You can hear him whimpering an now I just want to hug him. How brave he is to go thru this.
Whoever ran the camera lost frame on a lot of the extractions.
He has a long way to go but he has Thuy so he'll be OK!!❤

I think Hung's skin was worse but in a different way, it went all down his neck and was so deep.... Stay strong young man.
Different yes. I can't remember much infection though.
@Di Mellor Agreed. He had a couple of large infections on his cheek, but it seemed like every single pore was clogged and had cores or blackheads.

I don't know who you are watching but they leave so much in the pore I don't know how he ever heals!! Poor guy!!!😮😢
I love that thuy isn't scared to actually squeeze and let the blood come out. Some of them are so infected the old nasty blood needs to come out.
Lots of risk squeezing when your skin is in that condition.
Hang in there if anyone can save your skin it’s Thuy
He’s looking 1000% better than he did before !
Well, I don't know about 1000% but I think there's an improvement in this second pass of the skin! Less pus, less inflammation, but more scabs maybe.
