Congrats on ten years fellas! don't suppose you know anything about the piston ring gaps do you? rebuilding my evo 1 engine and the end to end gaps seem too big, but they're the right rings from Tanc it seems, so idk...
That Aircon hose sensor is required, as a bad reading will cause issues, even if a/c is not installed. Had to get a new sensor for mine years ago, iirc it gave issues with starting as it's linked to something in the ECU
