I have loved her since West Wing. I’m in quarantine with my parents, doing the same thing as Allison, and now I love her more. My parents don’t drink but they have kept the many, many (ridiculously many) gifts of liquor they received over the years. I was looking for fabric in the basement for mask-making, and in a back corner found enough alcohol to stock a small pub. I’m NOT exaggerating. There were two cases alone of Johnny Walker in lovely gold boxes.

More like art imitating life. She grew up in Dayton, as did Martin Sheen and Rob Lowe. My family refers to West Wing as "Dayton Show." When the Beauty and the Beast national tour was at the Schuster Center when I was in high school, she greeted the audience for a special Muse Machine performance.

I love Allison. She's great in every role I've seen her do. I noticed her big time in Two and a Half Men and she stole every episode she was in. So when she did MOM I knew she'd be great and she is. Our kids who are in their 40's have been wonderful through all this 2020 madness. Like Allison's parents we must have done something right. :o)

I bet - her and many who sound up in this situation, they will look back at this some Day and be so happy they were “forced” to spend this time together, in a time where we are all so busy all the time. .... sometimes we have to try and see the good things in the situation. - and just know this will be better, people will get back to work, when things Pick up, then the businesses will have to hire again. - and some have have to find new ways of making things work. - so we have seen some innovative things and companies shoot up.

Where’s the The West Wing zoom reunion?
Reminds me of an episode of West Wing when she was taking care of her Dad. Allison,my Mom reached a point where she was no longer able to discern what was and was not important to save.
Do you have “dumps” in Ohio - not recycling stations, where you have to sort things. So that whatever can be used will be reused and the rest disposed of in whatever fashion is the best for the individual thing? (I have no ideas how you sort your trash and waste in the US, we sort in as much as 8 different containers in the kitchen - and when we go to the “dump” we have to sort into different big containers very supervised. So nothing goes into the wrong place)
Not sure where you are writing from, but in Britain they are called 'tips'. Many have a shop on site with items that still have some use to sell. It's only in the last week or so that tips have re-opened due to the pandemic. It boggles my mind that you might have 8 different containers in the kitchen, but I assume you have regular visits by council 'dustmen' (I don't know the PC term nowadays) in their huge machines to cart things away. The unacceptable rest you take in your car to the tip.

Bad education is excellent, but it needed to be two parts. It lacked a solid background for both lead characters.

In her shows and movies, her hair is usually so thick with a signature, chestnut color. Her natural hair here looks so baby fine! Those are some really good wigs!

(Smash books, Junk Journals) Make the pages out of anything from junk mail to take out menus to envelopes to old calendars. Fill it and paste it with cut down ephemera and mementoes. Sort photos to keep in the books. For spines you can use old book covers, cereal or gift boxes. Pages from books can be used as backgrounds. (or for peeling kitchen scraps) There are loads of RUclips tutorials and millions of options. Personal Life Books, Holiday books, sports, vacation, kids, (book of games) or supply books like crafting, cooking or gardening. Flowers can be use, shadow pages made, coffee died paper. Take the time to listen to the stories of our loved ones or look back on our own and write them down in the books.
The Bigge$t difference between Scrapbooking and Junk Journaling is the JUNK! It can be free and a great way to upcycle or recycle but, in fact, as opposed to ACID FREE $crapbooking supplies, the acid in paper "can" ruin photos over a long period of time. So, be innovative with old album sleeves, development envelopes, or unused scrapbooking pages....to protect photos. Other than that, Skies the Limit!
