I can’t tell you how thankful I am that you made this. None of the other videos on how to do this are nearly as clear and precise, and it’s been a huge help. I’ve been using this since I was in 7th grade and I’ve just become a senior, so this is likely the last time I’ll see this video. Thank you.
@@sanarahman8220 I'm surprised they're still having you do this! It takes me back to middle school through high school. I never could get it right, so I'd have my mom do it. Most of the people I know around your age tell me their textbooks are all electronic.
It’s been about the same amount of time for me and I can’t believe how brilliant this is. I used to just do it, no big deal but now I can appreciate the ingenuity.
I remember doing this back in Junior High and High School. We had to cover all our text books that were loaned to us for the year. Our teachers enforced that our text books were always covered. Any damage or loss of a text would be billed to our parents. Paper bags were great and easy to get back in the early 90's, so no need to buy materials. Today I wanted to make a jacket for a soft cover book and something that came so natural to me when i was a kid, now i couldn't recall how to start. I miss those school years.
I used to do this in high school in the mid 2000s. We loved signing each others book covers. I still have them in my memory box. Gonna teach my kids this cool way to recycle. Thanks for posting.
I graduated High school in 1973, and I learned how to do this technique in 7th grade, 1967. I think I bought 1 store bought cover from the school store, and followed the directions printed out on it to learn this. Once in college, we rented our books, did not have to buy them, but had to take care of them, so, 4 more years of book covers.....Great video!
Imagine you’re in school back in 1996 and you bring your textbooks home to have your parents cover. But dad just bought his brand new 9 pound camcorder that he’s wanted for so long. So now he has to make a how-to video for everything he does. Cmon dad the other kids are going to see this video!
Excellent!- this video deserves many more likes. I just finished watching a video instructional where the mom wrapped her kids book without pockets on ends and border folds then proceeded to tape paper to book- ridiculous and she had 1.5k likes.
Thank you for this tutorial‼️ I want to say ask one thing. Why are we so corrupt all the time? Why is it more easier for us to do evil than good? It’s because we have a sinful nature. We have sinned against a Holy and Just God to whom we will give an account on judgement day. We have comitted crimes and gone against God’s commands. Christ came in and satisfied the law’s demands. Now that if we repent (turn away from the way that we are living) And Trust in Christ alone, God promises us to give us a new life with new desires.❤️🔥

Yes almost no other video is this clear on the demonstration. Thank you.

Thank you for making this video. I have not made a paper-bag book cover in over 35 years! The video demo brought back memories 😀
