I've never heard this song by a female. Written and recorded by Badfinger in 1970 but made famous by Harry Nilsson in 1971. You need to listen to him sing it. Mariah's version would've been a cover.

Erik sang a "pop song" called Higher, when he won the Swedish Idol in 2009. He did a new rock version of that one a while ago, which is so much better than the original. I think you would enjoy that one too 🙂
Erik actually did the play "We Will Rock you " in high school i believe... so technically he has done MANY Queen covers..lol. He has stated in his vlogs that Freddie Mercury is one of his inspirations and if he has an issue recording something.. he says.. "WWFD"... "What would Freddie do?" ...😂
You should listen to his heavy metal covers like Painkiller by Judas Priest, Shattered by Panthera. 18 and Life by Skid Row ( ne was lead singer of the band but left because he could not tour extensively. He recovered from Leukaemia and had a bone marrow transplant.
