I think the reason why he did not leave is because if you Hear him he kept repeating he is responsible for the building which means He needs to stay in that building. If he was to leave, he would be responsible if anything happened inside of the hotel. Who's to say if he left and someone seen and went in there and messed with the hotel? He would be responsible because that is his job. To stay there and watch the hotel. Plus He's actually supposed to be on the top floors cleaning Or watching to see if anything is messed up on the floors. Hes not doing his job because he is staying down and he is scared. That's why he said he does not care if his boss fires him or if he quits because he's supposed to be up and not on the first floor🤷thts just my thoughts Now, for the video of the father recording the apartment.. That is a thing that they do to Let people know what's going On when they were showing this family is that they used to have a nanny that used to watch their son. But they realize that weird things would happen when she was there so They felt like it was the right thing by firing her. Because she seemed too weird and it was said or that they think that she put a hoax or curse. In their house which made their home like that. So that's the reason why they keep recording and documenting. I think they said they asked for hnope because there was one point where maggots just start appearing out of nowhere. And so they were really concerned. I think they even called a priest or somebody to come over there and check in their apartment. I don't know the rest. I know the story of that Indian family from another video i forgot the name of the channel. The father said that he hired a maid to help his wife with the house chores I think after few weeks or months the maid started doing weird things like waking up in the middle of the night or staring at their door when the couple found about this they kicked her out of the house ever since that day these paranormal activities started to appear. I don't know but the maid was doing black magic stuff. That's what I heard and remember plz correct me if I'm wrong.
