It’s installed already just finishing up with the top end rebuild

My 2011 4.6 has “ timing chain slap” and it rattled before I put Lucas oil in it. Now it rarely does it. Should I still do this? I do not think I’m skilled enough to do this and I do not have enough money to pay someone
