Hi, I'm about to turn completely crazy, I've set-up a new PC and the EMI it generates gets into my electric guitars/bass pick-ups and so it goes into both, my usb audio interface and my amp. At the beginning I thought it was something regarding the USB but nope, I'm 100% sure it's EMI from some part of the PC since I get the same noise just by conecting my guitar to the amp without even connecting to the computer. My old PC does not generate any noise!!! I thought about shielding the PC case sides (from where the noise comes stronger) with copper tape, do you think it would help?I would really appreciate your answer since It's really unberable, I can't record anything and my old PC is to old to continue working with it... Thanks!
I'm doing a research on ways to reduce this for my university project and this was the most helpful video I've seen till now. thank you .
crisp, beautiful video, thank you
short concise and true. we were practicing this methods
Man, what an explanation
It is indeed knowledgeable, short and to the point
That was a good presentation! Thanks
This was really good. Could you also check for the magnetic field strength in milliGauss as you're checking for the peak voltage.
Very useful, many thanks
love you bro!!
Very useful video and clear explanation.
This was helpful, thank you.
Thanks for information ❤
Use of ferrite beads are useful when the system cant be powered down. They can be installed to reduce the EMI effect as a temporary measure.
thank you!
Thank you sir
Well explained
wow, what a nice video

May be power supply noise.
A little more detail on solutions would help.
Very great video to tell us how to reduce EMI
And how to remove completely that noise? Meaning ZERO
Rebuild the whole structure! Pointless at this point to faraday cage everything....
nice awesome explaination so good video
