I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. This music has helped her so much and really helps her see there are safe adults in this world. Thank you for such beautiful music. You are helping so many without even realising. I used this for the first time yesterday because I had a crippling nightmare and I couldn’t get myself to fall back asleep. So I searched for a good lava lamp vid so I can have something to look at. I found this and before you know it, my eyes were getting heavy and a second later I wake up and it’s day time lol. I was honestly confused on how it was day so fast but I felt good because I got sleep. So thank you!
