    I had the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pros and thought nothing could beat them for the price. Bought the Buds Pro 2 back in April and although a little higher in price, I thought they smoked the Liberty. I have the Galaxy Buds3 Pro coming in and am excited for it but if it sucks, I'm sticking with the OnePlus Buds Pro 2. They're so good
    Im sure these new OnePlus Buds Pro 3s are absolutely fantastic

      I actually just returned the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 and ordered the 1+. Several reasons, but the Bottom line reason.... The case design is complete bullshit. Every time and I mean EVERY time I attempted to put the buds back in the case, I dropped the left one (I'm right handed). You have to spin them backward to put them in the case. It's incredibly awkward to do. They sound great, I like the 'blade' style. The other issue is how Samsung is following Apple with locking features to their phones is also garbage. So I'm excited to receive the 1+!

    • @AllLove0307
      @AllLove0307 3 месяца назад

      @@GCharlesE because I have a Samsung I enjoy the phone specific features, but I definitely understand. And you know what, I do hate how I have to get that stem in there to charge. It is annoying lol. Case design gets a 3 outta 5 for me. I also hate how certain cases don't allow you to wirelessly charge.
      OnePlus Buds have phone features but it's not a lot of them which I also like. They also last longer than the Samsung buds. I still have some testing to do but I'll keep Samsung ones. I'm trading in the Sound core buds lol

      I used to have the Technics AZ60 and to this day I wonder why I returned them. They were AWESOME! I bet the AZ80s are even better

    At least among phones in North America, one plus has been the company of the year I think. The OnePlus 12R pretty much dominates anything on the market at its price point. You can make an argument for a pixel 7a or 8A or something but you're giving up almost half the battery life and the charging speed is 2 hours slower. 8g2 Is the superior chipset I would argue and I don't think it's pretty controversial.
    And the OnePlus 12 pretty much has everything you could ask for including wireless charging and video output, two of the things missing on the 12R. Now that pixel has raised its price two years and are all of a sudden the OnePlus 12 stands out among all the other phones in its price point at $800, off and available under $650 with discounts.
    Then the two watches and the earbuds.. a pretty decent tablet and arguably the best foldable on the market..

    • @michaelcorcoran8768
      @michaelcorcoran8768 3 месяца назад +3

      1 + storage also starts at 256 on both of those SKUs. No starting at 128. The upsell is to get 512 I think

    • @SomeGadgetGuy
      @SomeGadgetGuy  3 месяца назад +6

      It's been a monster year for the brand. You know it's rough for the industry when a company like OP can take a year off their foldable, release a "special color" edition, and it's still SCHOOLING the newest Pixel Fold.

    If this sound falls between 500Hz and 2.5k. There is one thing you could try. Double up with earmuffs. Yes, on top of your earbuds. Earmuffs muffle those frequencies better than any active noise cancelation.

    Also thank you for not making me thinking I am insane regarding the ANC. Also noticed, that the ANC is pretty great, but compared to the Airpods2 Pro or Sony WF-1000XM4, the tiping on my Asus Zenbook keyboard sound sharper with the OnePlus Buds. Also key rattling is more shrill compared to the other two earbuds. Couldn't find an ANC setting yet, which will would make the ANC sound more muffled.

    As always another great review man! These look like some really great ANC buds. I'm sure Oppo's sound division had a good influence on OnePlus making these sound amazing. OnePlus is killing it.
    The one thing I can't stand is how companies are making these type of earbuds with basically no tip on the end to help keep different sizes from falling out, and to actually create a good seal in my ear. It makes no sense to me.

    After testing the buds pro 3 for a few hours, I can already tell the buds pro 2 are tuned for a V shape and the buds 3 pro have both ends shaved off for more balance and clearer mids. To me, the sound of the buds pro 2 are better

    • @alexisfvaldez
      @alexisfvaldez 3 месяца назад

      But the buds pro 3 are overall better. Much more stable when all the settings are turned to the max in the developer settings and stay at level due to dual dacs. The case feels amazing and the orientation of the buds in them allow for them to be removed easily with on hand and put in ears without fiddling around. These little details are what make these so great

    Everybody uses the same names for their buds and I forget which ones you're talking about towards the middle of the video. It's always Buds 3, 4 , or 3 pro, and 4 Pro, or Air pro or whatever. Can someone come up with their own names? 😂

    Correct me if I'm wrong but I do not much of a difference between these and the Realme Buds Air 6 pro which you will get for less than half the price.

    What about the update ruining sound quality in Dynaudio mode ?

      Mine sound fine. Maybe reviewers who only used them under embargo didn't update their reviews? That happens a lot with OnePlus gear... No follow ups...

    I think you're missing the curve here there are other companies making much better products than these. You should showcase The Earfun Air Pro 4's that surpass these for half the price .These don't even have Auracast .

      Agreed. I will try different tips, if that doesn’t help by giving a better seal then I am returning. You still own them?
