3. A comparative study on Indian and American accounting practices. Exploring the areas of convergence and divergence.
4. A study on Forensic Auditing. How is a fraud detected in accounts.

Don't say I reviewed only one. Instead inform that I have reviewed books, websites and few journal. And if they ask about the journal, then name the one that you have reviewed. Be diplomatic

It depends on what you want to study. Let's assume someone's topic is Performance Appraisal in Banks, then they can frame it this way,
1. To study performance appraisal
2. To study the techniques used by banks in rating employees
3. To study the grievances redressal mechanism available in banks to look into performance appraisal issues.
Etc etc. You can frame your own objectives.
