Mark, quick question. Just got my 200gt, ...love it !!!!...but ...when switch to flip over after crash, both front motors turn . It still responds to pitch and roll input, but when stick is centered, front motors spin. Any idea? Needless to say, I won't be using that feature until I sort that out. Thx.
I think a eachine tx03 should be a perfect match for the runcam. Cheap small and light, would complimemt this quad aswell. Or the akk nano3 with smart audio?
G'day Mate is there room on top for the receiver , as I have that stack in my et125 , i got the 3 level stack which has a much better vtx , which is easier to change channels and power settings .
I wonder how they got such long flight times. My 4 inch superlight has small light motors, weighs alot less than this, and I only get about 3 minutes of flight lol.
I thought I had to take advantage of gearbest sale to get my first five inch, and now I wish I would have waited, this looks great, and with all good instructions to help out would be awesome, I got the stormer 220, and even in angle mode it drifts all over the place, it won't hover, making it so hard to fly, (but at least it fly's, the q96 I got at the same time, has one motor that won't spin, and the vtx started melting while I was plugged into the USB, while configuring in beta flight) anyway I don't know if I can fix this in blheli, or trying to trim. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I wish to have it. The only thing I could complaine is that have a little too much of static. At least for me. But all other things looks crazy good and especially for this price. (Y)

Yep, just add the receiver and it is good to go. Although I did upgrade the VTX in another video and really like that upgrade. I haven’t broken anything on it yet. It’s been really good. I have another plan for it coming soon.
Yo Mark! Please do a comparison of this LDARC 200 vs. The BFight 210. Both light 5" models both similar priced...now. And both LIGHT and FLOATY! IMO, the PERFECT two to do a comparison with pros and cons of each. In my bo0k, the BFight 210 was THE BEST BARGAIN 5" OF ALL 2017 !!! Without a doubt, was there even a 2nd place?! (remember, it was $99 !) lol Sure, open it up to other sizes and the Leader 120 on bargain price was a definite contender for best bargain of 2017! But, for 5", there were no competitors! Ha! Yea, I miss some of the deals of late 2017. The BFight was for sure my top budget pick. I haven't even really looked at it since it's price went up so much. And then for a while you couldn't get parts for it. I have some comparisons for this and will see if that one makes the list any more. I'm not sure.

I don’t know, it was magic for $99. But right now for $10 more you can get an x215 and that comes WITH an XM+ receiver and a Holybro FC. bit.ly/X215Pro I would pick that over the BFight. But the 200GT is a whole different thing for me. The BFight is lightish, but it’s almost 50% heavier that the 200GT, they feel totally different.
One things for sure its an addictive hobby! I myself in the last month got the x215 pro, the sky zone 140 and thanks to you Mark had to go for the fpv egg 138! Feeling like I need this one now. Got to say I love my bfight too!

Several reasons, the motors are smaller and draw less power, because of that they use less aggressive props, which also require less power. This could just equal it being way underpowered, BUT, it is SO light that it has more than enough power when it needs it, and when it doesn’t need it it is super efficient.
DroneRacer101 I tried Turing on and off notch filtering but that didn’t help. I’m pretty sure one of the motors might be bad because one of them is a little warmer then the others and it’s on the same side that sags. Thank you for the reply!
Almost Floss weight? Ummmm... Typical 5" Floss builds are 230g+, easy. Also, that dipole antenna is not "okay for racing." Organized race events don't allow linear antennas because of bleed over into nearby frequencies. Circular polarized only. Lastly, those KingKong props are terrible. Had a few toss a prop blade in flight, without hitting anything. Insta crash.

GEEZ LDARC, when are you FINALLY going to be out of those old, Old, OLD CRAPPY parts?!!!! 😖 LISTEN: THROW ALL OF THOSE OLD PARTS AWAY! WE REFUSE TO BUY ANY NEW MODELS WITH THAT ANCIENT SHIT! NO DSHOT - What? That's been out now for nearly 1.5 years... Maybe not quite. Well over a year! Damn! Let them go! ... Since the first time i saw it i wanted this quad. It's awesome for a firsttimer. Drone cams rc flew it with cyclones 5045. No problem.

Cool review! Just curious but how far do you usually drain your batteries? I was told not to go below 3.6V per cell, am I being too conservative?
run the VTX on top and put the receiver on the bottom it will fit nicer that way and you will be able to put a nicer VTX in there

Looping it around it didn't seem to be nearly long enough.
its the same that was included on the rammus200, at least mine fits pretty nice on a 1300mah, still it was just better to replace it with a good strap
as for vtx i would go with the EWRF-7087UV14 since you can hook it to your fc via smartaudio, plus it's really small

It’s pretty different. WAY more efficient. It just kind of sits in the air. It’s more relaxing vs ripping balls with the XJB

The Hawk 5 is a better racer for sure. But if you are just out having fun I might pick this just because of the ridiculous flight time.
