      Yikes how does this work for footballers with bow legs and fallen arches ? Functional patterns seem compromised created numerous rotational / oblique-system complications...
      Add to this left glute/ piriformis ache and discomfort in right shoulder (serratus ache and difficulty with lower-trap) which seem to be related to sling function

    Cervical rotation towards an extensor (such as the lats) innervated above the level of T6 will cause facilitation of that muscle hence a mmt of said muscle with head turned towards that muscle is not accurate unless head is neutral.

    We used the MicroFET 2 hand held dynamometer to do some research on trunk strength in neuro patients in grad school. It was very easy to use, but a bit pricey (just over $1,000).

    Nice graphic but an assessment should show what is positive and negative sign, your video cannot be named as" assessment".
