Well it's my face with the look of wonder at your lovely pottery..
Whew! Thank goodness! I saw more than one face.. I specifically saw a young Russell Brand--when he was so shiny and less political... Although, as they say, sometimes we see what we want to see..... 😊
Hi Shirley, haha. Whew, he is a babe. I will definitely have to take another look for that, haha. And you are right, you can probably tell a lot about people from their answers 🙂
Very helpful. Thanks!
Jason Mamoa or Fabio
Hahaha!! thats great. I was also thinking big fabulous hair too but my thinking went more to the mullet, hahaha. I definitely like your guesses more than mine 🙂
Jerry Garcia! Gorgeous pieces!
I love pottery
Very nice
Aw...you remembered the last give away we did. Thanks so much 🙂
The face reminded me of the woman in the woodcut “The Scream” by Edvard Munch. Amazing!
The Scream by
The face of Rip van Winkle
hahaha, Rip van Winkle?....oh with the beard. I can see that. How fun!
Looks like Santa on vacation to me! Great video Ann, thanks for sharing.
hahahaha!!!
Bella! Silhouette of Blessed Mother Mary…… amazing! Thank you.
Gracias, Tricia! Haha, ....Oh Wow, you really pulled out the big guns for your guess. Love it.
As always, Thank You for the great video. You are always so informative and easy to understand. I have recommended you to my pottery pals. As for the face in the mug: it looks like a Madonna to me or European female villager/peasant from the 1600s. 😂
Hahaha, now that is really creative Lori. Thanks so much for watching and for recommending us. that is awesome!
Fascinating!
What wonderful outcomes! I love this look. I've been experimenting with something similar using a more iron-y version of a buff clay I have, but the blue and white is so attractive.
I like the distressed, first mug the best.
And that is very obviously a cameo-style portrait of Jabba the Cup, the less well known and less infamous, potter-cousin to the famous space gangster. Well done in your homage!
Hahahaha!!! Now that is really using your imagination Em....love it! Hey, then if you drink coffee from the cup it could be "Java" the Cup, hahaha.
@@annruel1982 Ah I see you've heard of his cheeky line of mugs! 🤭
Thorin Oakenshield!
hahah, you are going all fantasy. that is a good one Penny.
YOU ARE THE CONTEST WINNER!!! If you live in the continential US and would like your prize shipped to you free of charge...please contact us at anneruel7@gmail.com

Thanks Ann!
My pleasure Sabine!! Thanks for watching.
The scream from edvard munch
hahaha!!!!
This is always fun, and one of Dan's favorite things for me to do in the studio. As for the face, if it's not too late, to me, I see "The Scream" from the painting. Dan said he sees "A Monk wearing a shroud over his face".
Hey Jeri and Dan. It s not too late. Thanks for watching and thanks for playing. What great imaginations you guys have, hahaha.
Hermoso!
Gracias, Maria!! 🙂
Omg this is fantastic, love it
Aww...thanks so much Alison. Thanks for watching 🙂
Gandalf
Hahahaha!! AWW...with the long beard. Great one!
I just so enjoy your videos. I see "Floyd" from the Muppets Band! He was so cool and laid back, just like you Ann! Thank you for the inspirational lessons.
Rock on!
Nice video!
Thanks Trina! Give it a try!
Thought of the what Methuselah must have looked like. Methuselah
It's ET for sure... 😉
Hahahahaha!!! Love it. Going "out of this world" 🙂
Jerry Garcia at Longpond Pa. I think it was 89.
Hello Anne, what glaze did you use? I heard Amaco seal but can’t make out the rest. Thanks for the lovely tutorials ❤️
Hi Sonja. sorry about that. I used Amaco C-11 which is the Mixing Clear glaze that Amaco makes. Im glad you like our videos. Thanks for watching.
The face looks like a Middle Earth dwarf to me - Durin is my suggestion, after Durin III. It looks just like him!
Captain Teague
Not only a pirate but also a ghost! 😜
The face to me looks like Yosemite Sam (big nose, moustache, beard and the cowboy hat) 🤠
hahahahahahaha!!! A cowboy hat, haha. that is so original! Thanks Kathy!
I like slab pottery can you do the marbling with that technique?
Dont see why not...mush it up and scrape away!
Classic Madonna with a halo and holding the Christ babe
Whoah! .....its a miracle..Love that. 🙂🙂🙂
My mom thinks the Madonna at prayer
Adae, love that....with the halo right.
Is it Bigfoot?
Great one, Judy. haha
@@adaerehmke1611 love that... with the halo right
I see the face as old man winter. Mean, blue ice and white snow. I'm not fond of winter.
It's Moses, obviously. Wearing a tie-dyed head covering. Duh.
hahahaha!!!
