What positions do you recommend a rib protector for and what positions do you recommend just a back plate for? And what's a good shoulder pad for skilled players, that I could get at Academy? please let me know.

If you play running back, QB, fullback, and linebacker a rib protector is good but really position can have one its just based on the players opinion and shoulder pads just go based on what you like best and just get the sizing right and you'll be ok

so like i play ( RB & LB & Strong safety ) i use both my back plate & rib protector . but my cleat traction have good grip & it mess me up sometimes when getting to the ball . do i but new cleats or just keep training in them more , cause i have like 10 pair of cleats
