I guess, those who are having this silver plate think that this plate is available to all and it comes to you automatically, but this is not true.....This will come easily to a few blessed beings only, rest of them, this will not come unless they strive for it incessantly...This is not just true for spiritual realm, but for all walks of life....Isn't it.......Haven't we seen enough of this stuff in our life yet ???? ..Things will not come, unless you work for it?More than this , this craving is what propels the action in a particular direction.....It intensenifies the action.....If there is no craving or passion or whatever you call it, there wouldn't be any zest in action.....Life is all about different kinds of experiences both physically and mentally.......If somebody wants to experience something, it means he or she wants a larger slice of life...Why degrade it as some craving....When somebody wants to experience something physically, people often degrade it, as if bodily experience is some ugly phenomena......The only thing that matters is that your craving shouldn't be harmful to yourself or the people around...We all know that kids have all kinds of craving, still all the great saints and masters have always said this, " be like a child to have the taste of divine".....Be innocent like a child etc etc...If craving was all that bad, then I don't think any enlightened master wouldn't have said what they had said....I don't understand why nobody asks questions to an Gurudev gets it clarified.....???
Gurudev has given answers to all and any and every question till today.. people should ask smart intelligent questions. He never said cravings or desires are wrong or bad.. He has said many times in different knowledge sessions it is the feverishness of cravings, desires that brings misery. To know all this you need to sit through the sessions conducted worldwide by our aol teachers and get the insights directly.. Gurudev gives direct experience not just bookish knowledge.. knowledge definitely comes or dawns after the beautiful experience.. so unless you have experienced that something that WOW factor you can never understand in any language that you are trying to convey to anyone.
When a Guru enters ones life theres no need to strive for anything.. one is not getting nor is one in a silver plate one is in a Diamond laid plate sitting on a jet plane not riding on a bullock cart. My experience tells me this. I have known SriSri since now 22 years. He is not an ordinary human being. I have realised this over a period of time.
A crying child doesn’t go on and on .. before one knows it has already stopped crying and though tears are still there in its eyes, it starts playing and has moved from that object for which it had been wailing for so long.. but adults go on carrying the desires, cravings burdens forever & ever unto their graves and into their next lives.
