I stayed a week at the beach. It was AMAZING. I'd go back any day! My mom wanted to go on vacation and I'm fascinated with AVIATION, (I even have a flight sim) so I'm like, let's go to St. Maarten! Oh boy it fit with all are needs! If you ever want to go somewhere, go there! :)
You should put some Port-A-Potties next to the road and terraform the beach to where the sand extends to the water.

At the beach, you could rise the ground in the water to make the sand go into the water. You know the regular beaches aren't very deep.

That building has a bug with crime. Flux had the same problem with a unique building too.
If you are looking for more Chicago buildings try looking for the Hancock Tower. It's the second tallest building in the city and it kind of matches the style of MidTown.
In real life the spinnaker tower looks over beaches but with no palm trees, i mean, its in england, we have, lets say, "poopy" weather, its really bad. But oh well, great video keralis! And happy birthday to wifey :)

You should add a tank or some other monument on each side of the bridges so you have a cool entrance to that particular region
You should make a beach town area next to the beach that you just made
do you think that you can build race track and the paddock and racing stuff?
i mean lately many of the race track kind a became luxurious, like yas marina in abu dhabi you should check it out

Hey keralis heres a tip on the airport
Its a bit weird having car drive on the runways and road connecting the runways together because if u see real airports theres not really any cars driving on the runways so disconnect the roads from the main roads around the air port and then u have solved it
Keralis I live near portsmouth and have been up the spinnaker tower loads. In real life it is by the sea so it will work there!

Keralis, you need to put that PORTABLE TOILET thing by the beach (like the one you put near the airport) You dont want them to take a dump in the water do you? Also a public transport access to the beach and a very small commercial area next to the circus like a burger join or a small restaurant/bar

I have the same problem with some buildings that just keep getting high crime rate (even with a police station just in front of them). I think it might be a fault in the asset itself or something.

mate, make bus line as feeder service to your Train and metro (underground) system
and make multiple routes, like bus/ metros from suburbs to office/industry/ leisure area etc .. most of your bus system or all serving a same route ,
