I don't know if you heard of savetf2, but the whole thing is crumbling down right now and the subreddit is tearing itself apart. I know that you hate cheaters in cs2, but now imagine it's not only the average waller that is destroying your rank, but also tons of automated spinhackers using the scout that follow you around when you try to play the game. MoistCritical made a video about this situation as well.
