Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson, Randhir Jaiswal holds a press briefing updating the media on the violent protests in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), Canadian government's investigation into Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar's killing and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meet. The recent protests in PoK escalated into violence resulting in the death of a police officer and injuries to over 100 protestors. Meanwhile, Canadian authorities have arrested a fourth accused in the killing of Nijjar. Jaiswal also announced India's participation in the upcoming SCO meet in Kazakhstan
