Ok guys, Little Tikes also makes a kiddie pool if you decide they can’t fit in the turtles. They are made tough with double walls like the turtles, but bigger and they’re blue. They had a round one 30 some years ago that I bought for my kids and my daughter is now using it for her kids! I think they made a slightly bigger one, rectangular, too. Then when the 2 lovebirds can be back together, they could both maybe fit in there. They have drain plugs, too.
The Loretta is not stealing their food she tasting it to make sure they will like it ! 🤣
The lobster sandbox is larger than the turtle one. Keep that in mind if y'all need another or a bigger one. 😊💖

I will never forget the day you all went over to get Moody, Jason just kept backing back away from him.He wasn’t expecting a big cow. You all was surprised she was so big. That was so funny. I laughter until I cried.
Moody was all legs when you got him, like a gangly adolescent. I remember thinking his legs were so long in proportion to his body. I guess it was a sign of how big he was going to get.

Why not just dig a hole since Gus and Loretta are going to be combined? They're not going to use separate pool and even one of them in one pool/sandbox already outsizes it.

Now this was to funny watching the pigs in there pools. I'm so happy that y'all took Jessie in as she seems so at home. At the end looks like Nugget was looking around to keep an eye on things. I think Mildred needs a licking stick. Thank you for the enjoyment.

I love this. Loretta would let you do almost anything to her as long as you are petting her - check her hooves, look in her ears, check her teeth, etc. She is a big old baby. So is Gus. I laughed out loud at their antics.

Loretta and Gus are a great addition to the Farm. I love that they settled in IMMEDIATELY - It was meant to be that y'all would take both of them - They sensed immediately that they were at their 'Home Sweet Home' and loved and cared for.
They trusted both of you instantly.

I use lids from old garbage cans to cover my compost piles. the sandbox lids will work if you want to put them to use. It traps heat in and helps it break down faster (I stir them up every couple weeks and uncover them when it rains sometimes too.)
I can’t believe how big Jessie has gotten! I am so happy that she went to you guys so that I can continue to watch her grow up!
It's good that the animals got to enjoy the leftovers from the Peaches. Gus and Loretta seem to enjoy their new pools. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
😂😂😂 since Loretta and Gus are so big you might want to consider digging a shallow hole, line it with sand then add a pond liner and make them a pig size pool... just remember they might actually like one with a deep end so they can actually swim... 😂😂😂

If you worry about the turtle pools breaking you can always use animal safe silicone and some thick flexible rubber mat or flooring, just in case! If they do get a punctured you can always use them as enrichment for the chickens. Some random ideas. I love watching your animals having fun!

I had a pet pig named Gilbert and I found out after going through many swimming pools that all he needed was a mud hole and I found out that the mud is good on their skin to help keep the sun off of them so just give the turtle pulls to the birdies and fill up a mud hole for the pigs just be kind suggestion from a loyal viewer

Hi Jason & Brooke when you build your new pig pen you may want to look into a landscape pool liner. I see Lowe’s has a roughly 5’x6’ piece that probably would work well for Loretta & Gus.

A heavy duty pond liner would work as well. You would probably be able to find one that is rectangle or oblong as well. I would think a pond liner is tougher than a plastic kiddie pool since it is made to sit outside all year long.

Love this family and especially Jason’s humor and talking to the animals like I do, they are family too! And how Jason acts like we are really there. 😊 you all are wonderful animal keepers! And learn so much. Don’t know sometimes how when it’s hot and your doing something together you don’t start sniping, like my husband and I do. Doesn’t mean anything it’s just frustration, but you all either don’t tape it or you all are perfect. You know when something isn’t working like you want it too etc. 😂❤
