Ftom what i see i think he is quite decent as a lot of ppl recommend getting him to EX+2 (Probably on par or maybe lower score rank then Rain (Revenge of the lost world)). I was lucky to get 2 of him at both step 1 and 2 (Probably need at least 2 more (but if manage to get 1 before ending of the stepup) just nice
U must be really unlucky for me i got my first copy at his 1st stepup summon banner (then again manage to get him in the 2nd stepup). But the only wasted think is instead of the usual 2H GS (Most of the previous version of him) he stmr is instead a rod

edit: Correction on his unlock chain, it can't be multicasted I guess so it's not that good after all.

And season5 has not even started yet, only gonna go up from here
