- Today I am going to answer one of the most common questions for a Leh Ladakh Bike Ride or Spiti Valley Bike ride or Zanskar Valley Bike ride, which is, How to make Ladakh trip on 100cc Bike or a Scooty?
Well, it is not always required to have a powerful motorcycle like Bullet or Royal Enfield or Himalayan. However, it is always preferable to have more power to have a comfortable ride to these places of remote Himalayas like Ladakh, Spiti Valley, Zanskar Valley..
Even 100cc or 110cc or 125cc will be able to make a bike trip to Leh Ladakh or Zanskar Valley or Spiti Valley, and many people have done so in the past as well.
But, it won’t be that easy always and there will be places where such low-powered bikes or scooty might or will struggle. At such places, you will need to push them manually, especially if you get stuck in some water crossing or slush stretches up there in Ladakh or Zanskar Valley.
If you are determined, ready for the challenge, and passionate enough, then, of course, you can do a bike trip to Leh Ladakh on a scooty or 100cc or 110cc or 125cc bike too as many people have done in the past 🙂 🙂 …

i request you all to kindly stay at kargil too its one half of ladakh. it has quite a bit to offer.
Done circuit on 125cc Honda shine sp in 2022. Will definitely go on same bike.While going Downhill my bike was ahead of Three Royal Enfield Bullet . It was very easy for me to control my bike.
Chain sprocket , brakes, tubeless tyres, etc. still the same after 25000kms rode.
Rode 5350kms from Ahmedabad to leh . Leh to Ahmedabad back.
From Upshi to Manali in one day , around 400kms. Rode from Jaipur to Ahmedabad in one day around 650kms.

Kargil mein Experienced Mechanic Mr. Ishakbhai. Opp. Shuru valley view hotel.
When i visited him he was inspecting a Himalayan, A BMW , Bajaj Dominar etc. Even One of the Biker was Specifically instructed from Delhi to check through this Mechanic only. I was lucky Enough after half an Hour waiting inspected my bike & changed Engine Oil , Castrol gtx 20w 50.
So that due to stress on motorcycle engine , thicker engine oil will make a difference.

Scooty ka fuel tank 5-6L hi hota h to bhut petrol carry karna padega
Lol.. that is true you need to ensure that enough fuel is carried or what I have seen people do is rely on villages in which people stock fuel as the mileage is higher in comparison, people who do it on scooty manages the fuel that ways

yes Scooty are available in Leh for rent.
@@discoverwithdheeraj Is it advisable to travel on scooty from Leh to Nubra to Pangong to Leh in August 3rd week? We are two person, me and my wife.
I believe you have checked the video.. Nubra to Pangong is all broken this year.. so better avoid it. Come back to Leh and then travel from Leh to Pangong. Rest follow advice and tips mentioned and beware of having determination to do it at slow pace.

Pichle saal ka hai but is saal Nyoma mein nahya petrol pump start hogaya hai..
Now as of May 2024, you will find petrol pumps ar following places in Ladakh
Leh, Karu near Leh,
Diskit in Nubra ,
Tangtse near Pangong Lake,
Nyoma near Hanle and Tso Moriri (Newly operational in 2024)
Then if you exit on Manali Leh highway from Tso Moriri then next petrol pump will be Keylong.
So if you are doing Ladakh circuits as above, you will need to manage about 290 km without petrol pump in case returning to Leh or Karu otherwise if you exit from Tso Moriri to Keylong/Manali then you need to manage about 420 km

apni personal bike kahin bhi ride kar sakte hain.. bahar ki rental bike nahin kar sakte leh pahunch kar fer se rent karni hogi..

Dost bahar ki rental bike sightseeing k allowed nahin hai.. Leh tak lekar jaa sakte ho.. bahar ki personal bike se kahin bhi sightseeing kar sakte ho but rental se nahin..

I travel kargil to lamayuru to padum , can I carry extra petrol, I ride in meteor 350 , or petrol available in this route
Kargil has petrol pump and padum also has petrol pump.. general not needed to carry extra fuel on this road
