Same thing happend with me, from 2021 to 2022 My salary was 35k, then they made my salary 45k in 2023 and i was happy.
but when i changed my job and they gave me 62k directly then i realised my value and now i am in Bangalore!!

Mera Pehla Graphic Designing Job ek new event company mein tha jisme unke condition thi ki aapko Graphic Designing ke sath sath Event bhi Handle karna hoga that time mujhe kyu ki experience lena tha maine haan bol diya... kyu ki wo company bhi new thi toh maine unka visiting card, envolope, letterhead n all sab banaya but ek time ke baad maine notice kiya ki main office mein kum aur field job mein jyada time de raha hu aur ab mujhe poore 1 saal ho gaye the job mein ek din mere field mein ek client se tu tu mein mein ho gaye... phir dusare din maine gusse mein jake resign de diya phir next phir next... you are absolutely right, meri salary bhi aise hi increase hue hai and abhi aapko batata hu how much i am getting there in event company 10,000rs usme Graphic Designing bhi and Field Job bhi...but i still respect them ek soft corner hai unke liye because they have given me job when i was a fresher.

Rajiv, very much agree with your sentiment. Relatable with most of the employees or freelancers too. But isn't it that company or the owner too had the ambition like you did. I will see your story mostly as the conflict of interest where none of the party was wrong. I'm afraid if the followers read it as a stereotyped or a generalized story where company is always wrong for its employee.

I've been working as a footwear designer for 2.5 yrs. I feel so unfulfilled. People have told me that me changing my companies for so often, will hurt my cv. But I give this industry 3 chances .....this industry doesn't seem to be for new generation. Idk what to do...I wanna leave

Me UAE me job start kia tha as a document controller 8 sal phle 3 sal bad me usi company ka finance snbal raha tha aur alhamdulillah aj usi owner k sath partnership pe hmri 2 new companies hain ek ko start kiye 3 sal ho gy jisme mera share 75% hai ek ko 8 mahiny isme mera share 50% hai.

So what should go for salary hike snd good future or should go toeards ui/ux design or graphic design feild... Please tell any other option or way to grow and earn decent life with good salary...
