OMG, I just realized the brand Sun-whatever is referring to the fact you have to use the sun to cure the resin. Sun-baked donuts. I literally thought 'you can't sun-bake donuts' 💡. I feel really silly having just realized this. Bravo, designers. Clever branding and design.

In the US, the diner set is $10 and the cafe set is $6. (At least in the store I got them!) I bought the diner set twice and had a lot of fun. I bought the cafe set once because I was hoping for the cereal, but I got donuts. So far from everything I've seen from the cafe set, it is more basic and less fun than the diner set, which is probably the reason for the price difference. I'll stick to the diner one, even if it is slightly more expensive.
I’ve only seen the diner set in Canada and it was $15😩 now that I’ve seen more of the cafe set I don’t think I’d spend that on it, as much as I want the bubble tea, but $6 US seems decent. At first I thought the diner was a bit boring but I’ve been seeing people’s finished ones in my miniature group and I’ve changed my mind, they’re so cute!

Yeah same here. I bought a few of each and found the Cafe ones a lot less fun because there aren't as many pieces in each.
As another US resident I can confirm sorta. When I bought these online from Target, dinner kit was $10 and café was $7. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 of the ones I got were cereal🥲
Jackie. You need to warm the resin up before you open it. Let the bottle sit in warm water for a little bit. Then it will pour way easier. And you will get more out of the package 😊
Yes this!! My daughter and I use a small thermos with hot water, soak the resin container for about 30 seconds and it comes out amazing!!

Jackie, I think the $10 for the kit is actually pretty good and cheap, considering how much it actually is to purchase your own resin, and fimo pieces and miniatures. Even if you make everything yourself, this is the best way for beginners to get the amazing experience that is resin craft

If that's expensive, compared to other craft kits, children's toys and resin craft, then idk how anyone is affording anything else at all
@@RubeusRuby For a one off craft it is expensive, if you spend the same amount on pencils and colouring books, or wool and needles etc they can be reused over and over again. This will keep kids amused for an hour at most then nothing else to do with it.

I just got three of these!! I got the peanut butter banana toast ( I changed it to a sandwich with some slices on the side ) the s’more parfait, and the strawberry Nutella toast, it was SO fun and watching your videos on these fuelled me to get them lol!
The resin did indeed stink. Very potent.

My two favorite bobas are strawberry and vanilla almond. I completely understand about the inconsistency of strawberries. I love strawberries when they are good, but one bad one can put me off for a long while. I once had the most amazing strawberry ever, it was purchased straight from a farm. It tasted like what you hope Starburst would taste like. It was sweet, a bit sour (not too much), super juicy and just amazing. I began looking for more like it in the same batch and couldn’t find any. I have not found another amazing strawberry like that since 😢

Tbh you actually got me to buy some of these, I had never even heard of them until your videos. I had a crappy week this week and needed a pick me up, and these kits definitely did it! I got two from the diner series and three from the café. A heads up for Amerigrains, the café series is $6.99 at Target (at least near me) while Walmart is charging closer to $10 per kit, for both types.
Also, while the basic instructions are great, you should definitely improvise and work in layers. If you're having trouble getting the resin out of the little bottles, another tip is to put them in warm/hot water before opening & using. It warms up the resin and makes it flow better.

OMG Jackie! Have you tried Cinnamon Toast Crunch Minis cereal? They are teeny tiny little orbs of cinnamon toast crunchy goodness. I know it sounds ridiculous, but somehow the different ration of cinnamon sugar to cereal in the minis is just ... chef's kiss. If you can get your hands on some, I HIGHLY recommend it.👍👍👍

The Irony of these kits is they ACTUALLY do come with everything you need but it's like the only craft kit that doesn't say it, (minus the light but you don't *technically* need it so)
This series made me actually grab these mini verses for myself recently! We found some at Party City (I live in the US btw and I don’t know what other places in the US carry them 😅) and they were only $10 so my mom and I got one each and made them when we got home. I got the vanilla donuts and she got the berry refresher! I absolutely want to get more of them cause they’re the best and (personally for me) most accurate mini items, you get to make them yourself, and there’s actually a reason to get duplicates cause then you can make your own custom creations!

Yay another video of my favorite miniatures, I'm glad she's still making more of these. The rainbow cereal box is super cute! And those drinks and donuts made want to get some now, but atleast 1 out of 2 was able to have the donut hole show instead of being drowned in icing lol
Btw Jackie I wanted to notify you that there are these type of fidgets called Magmen, I believe if you look it up it will pop up, and from my knowledge I've currently only seen them on Amazon for 10 a pack. But they may be on other sites where you can get it, but they are pretty fun to play with :D

I'm totally obsessed with these - and over time I got pretty good at knowing what's inside the ball by shaking it and listening to the rattling. The donuts and fruit salads are super easy to hear: donuts are loud and heavy and fruit salads have he strongest rattling of them all.
When you factor in all the attention to detail... I think the cost is good. I love watching Jackie make these adorable food items! I really want to see a fruit bowl though!! I hope she gets one soon!

Amazon (us) seems to have the cafe series for under $7. I made the fruity loopy cereal yesterday but didn’t have the courage to try to (spoiler alert) make it a frozen moment custom like Jackie did.

Well I'm totally addicted! These are so much fun! I got the chocolate chip donuts but I went and bought more so I could get cereal. 😄
Bubble tea! Green tea, no sugar, no ice, cheese foam and passion fruit or mango jelly. The jelly is the perfect level of sweet and the saltiness of the cheese foam with the bitterness of the tea makes it all just chef kiss.
I love matcha boba tea at the moment.

I got four of these so far. Two of the big ones and two of the little ones and they are so much fun!! I have the S'Mores Parfait, Avocado Toast, Strawberry Bubble Tea, and the Berry Salad so far!! I can't wait to get more of these!! Yeah, for the boba, what I did was put in the pearls and some of the resin and mixed it with the straw, filled in more resin and pressed the cubes in the resin with the straw, put the lid on and stuck the straw down in it and then used my UV light. Worked so much better than what the instructions said!!
Mini verse is probably my favorite series I have been watching for many years now and love your vids. I just recently got into sculpting and would love to see more sculptures on your channel like the turning RUclipsrs into monsters series or maybe just some beginner turtorials love you jackie❤

For 10 dollars it’s definitely giving you more for it’s worth, all the small details and the craft-ability I would say is definitely giving you your money’s worth, perhaps the amount of resin is just an oopsie from the company because the containers are awkwardly shaped but worth it never the less

16:11 I think it meant to do the steps one at a time jackie. ( 1 ) add balls then freeze it ( 2 ) and ice and straw then freeze it. This is just a guess as the ice and balls seem separated in the image. I'm sorry If I am wrong.

Jackie, try letting the resin bottle sit in a warm water bath, dry it fully and then use it. Should help viscosity.
