Mine resolved, the fault was due to power button which was continuously in pressed manner. i.e. the circuit was always on due to the power button, I just removed it (below the power button the glue and a plastic was pressed hard which resulted continuous switched ON kind of stuff) and tested its been 3 days no issue. There is no need of any kind of reset. well depends sometimes if software issues. Mine was completely power button hardware issue. Thanks for the video too..

My HTC ONE A9, which is a fantastic metal backed dual sim phone, is in a constant Reboot Cycle. Its driven me nuts. I did get to the white backed screen with a few options where power down & the options . Brought to phone shop, he had it for 2 or 3 days. I got it back yesterday ,fixed & set to Factory Reset as the phone wont stay on, you couldn’t do much else. I downloaded Kaspersky Security and immediately afterwards, it turned itself off ,then on etc. Kinda freaked me out, I didn’t know what was going on. This morning, turned Location on and away it went, back to turning off & on ad infinitum. I’ve just paid a lot of money,but I don’t have enough money to buy a new , or nearly new phone. Does anyone know a phone that’s similar???? not the apple 6s, only andr
My htc u ultra also has the same problem...I bought it for 33k and exactly in 1 year 3 days I got this problem!! Went to many Authorised shops nothing helped me😣😣.

What was that you popped out to make it work? Will it need to be replaced? And was all the other steps necessary or would that alone have fixed it?
