That temple is belonging to Cao Đài religion . It's a unified religion . It worships Buddism , Confucianism, Taoism , even Christianity . It originated from Tây Ninh province, 60 miles West of H C M city. It founded by a Vietnamese ( made in Vietnam )While other religion founded by foreigners. Vietnamese people are so proud of it .
Barefoot awesome vlog and u gave him love he gave back the same so great video I seen love you young man gave was very touching thank u I've been following you I appreciate your vlogs from California great video Johnny X
That temple was a top 5 must see from all your vlogs. Obviously you are not a Catholic. You can donate money to other religions, but never get on your knees and pay homage to another religion. Not judging, I know you have apparently good heart. Stay safe my friend.
Nope, not Catholic but wouldn't matter if I was. It's a house of worship so in my book you can pray to whoever you pray to anywhere, any time. Thanks David, glad you enjoyed it brother
Also, interestingly, Caodaism merges the symbols, beliefs, and practices of many religions prevalent in Vietnam in the early 20th century including Buddhism, Confucianism, Daoism, and Roman Catholicism
You don't need to be Catholic , Protestant , Orthodox , Jewish or Muslim to be a good person . BTW Vietnamese religions are not dogmatic , intolerant and narrow-minded like some other "so called good religions" . Many wars in the world were/are actually caused by the intolerance , mind-narrowness of some well known religions .
A korean married to Vietnamese woman say Vietname is much much better country than his country Korea as far as his freedom could be spread over and diversity in culture and atmosphere. maybe his opinion is right as far as Vietnamese united while Korea been divided into two countries still though.
Thank you, yes Cao Dai is not the same as pure Daoism. While Cao Dai incorporates elements of Daoism, it is a distinct Vietnamese religion that blends beliefs from Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, and even aspects of Christianity

It would be great to take a trip to Tây Ninh province one day and see what I can find there, maybe the original temple?
@@BarefootVlogger Yes sir, it has two branches of Cao Đài in Tây Ninh and Bến Tre province , grand origin temple

The music played in your video is actually not Vietnamese but Chinese
If you can find some Vietnamese non copyrighted music I can use, let me know.
This is TEMPLE BELONGING CAO DAI RELIGION
