You never see old Zetors from the 60’s & 70’s now, massive cabs and features way ahead of their time. The Chrystal was a beast, also Belarus & Moskivich were really popular amongst dairy farmers as a budget do it all machine.
I'm surprised your not 'into' Massey's.... possibly the most original of British tractor manufacturers and of course the developers of the modern hydraulic system.
When I was a teenager bout 12 we had a turf man who sold turf from the farm I was born on. He had a 1947 Grey Fergie TE20. Shocking to realize really that my dad was also born in 1947.
Hello Michael nice to see you at huttoft, i lead silage for the browns one year when I lived at anderby i think with a ford 4000,looking round the tractors you dont realise just what you have driven over the years
Hi Michael that was a good turnout of tractors you pointed out the pickup hitch on the Dexta question for anyone any idea who or when the pickup hitch was invented ? thanks again
@@GCSMachinery get one to try I suggest 8s 305 or 5s 145 if I had the money that is what I would go for I have used diferant tractors over the years I started with a dexta in 1971 when I was 11 years old on my burthday
Great video Michael, what an epic turn out. Sad to think the future of such shows might not be as good after the way this Budget has just crucified British Farming. 🤬. Sorry for the rant everyone but this Government seems to be hell bent on destroying this country's food security which has a knock on effect to all the ancillary agricultural businesses like yours.
Thank you Micheal for taking the time to show us these lovely tractors from yesterday
