If it is still clogged, you need to get a hand snake. You can buy like a 25 foot long, hand snake, and a big box store stick it down through there. Hopefully you’ll get the grease clog. Once you have that cleaned out use the hot water method on a regular basis and it should not come back. Never pour grease down your drain but remember there’s grease on dishes so the hot water once a week will help you out.
I have one for the tub. Dad taught me this. Use a plunger to pull the wad of hair out instead of chemicals. I already use the very hot water trick myself. Better than leaving sticky nasty oily on the outside because you missed cans leaving greasy rings on the counter and drawing flies (my dad does this. It would be fine if he changed the can more often, but nope. It's all mostly bacon grease too, though. Not sure if that makes a difference in the pipes).
Great Maintenance Tip to Prevent grease clogging your sink, but what to do once "Grease Clogging Your Sink?" I have added difficulty of no hot water at the sink (would have to boil some which opens a small hole in the grease but does not clean the pipe. It quickly blocks up in a day again.), no 'modern plumbers' in the area, wife and sisters don't seen to understand the concept of collecting grease in a container vs pouring down the sink drain. I have a very short run but in concrete wall and under sidewalk. P-trap to a 90 in the wall going down about 4 feet, to 90 and a 6 foot straight shot to an open ditch. So blocked up often cleaning 1 glass will have water sitting in the sink.
You can’t it’s too late. This is a maintenance thing you want to do to prevent the clog from happening. You need to have the drain snaked and then in the future your hot water on a regular basis.

It is a way to do it but a far not effective way is to put the plug in the sink and allow the sink to fill half way and then pull the plug. Once sink is empty, plug back in and fill the sink, add 1ml good quality dishwashing liquid. Pull plug and allow water to fully drain. Turbulence is the method required here, by filling the sink and then draining it will create turbulent flow, the pressure of the draining will make sure that the whole surface of the pipe will be reached.
