Maybe Im too cheap, but I think $3K a month is too much for any small apartment. I think you can get half that by living outside the city center and have just as nice a place.
the value you get for an apartment is 1) space 2) quality of building 3) area - for some people (like me) the area matters a lot, and for best areas you have to pay.
Can I get Priority Banking Visa Infinite or Skywards Infinite without showing bank statements with just a downpayment and running 50k a month through the account?
What is medical test about ? Let's say I am already sick - diabetes / autoimmune condition which requires me to use constant meds. How is that handled ? What health insurance (which is mandatory to have) will want to take me of they need to spend on me more than I am giving... how does all of that work ? Maybe good idea for next video. Picking up health insurance, what and how, packages, prices and so on. All the best
Hi, resident of UAE for 22 years. The mandatory medical test mainly has 2 things they want to check for. A chest x-ray for Tuberculosis and a blood test for HIV. And you do this every time you renew your visa. As long as you don't have those you'll be fine. As for medical insurance, the coverage varies depending on the amount you spend. Most insurances will keep a waiting period of 6 months to 1 year on chronic and pre-existing conditions until they cover them. Hope this helped :)
do you know any agencies that would let me become a paper employee in their company while I work remotely but get a UAE residence as a long as I am paper employed by them?
That's probably unnecessary, look into the remote work visa u.ae/en/information-and-services/visa-and-emirates-id/residence-visas/residence-visa-for-working-outside-the-uae or green work visa (category 1) - u.ae/en/information-and-services/visa-and-emirates-id/residence-visas/residence-visa-for-working-in-the-uae
i know some agents help you get a emirates id and dubai residency for around $1700 without setting up a company, but the residency is renewable once in 2 years for around $1000 . Are you guys able to provide such service?
@@tuomaskiv oh after a bit more digging it makes more sense?. thay set up companies and get you under the company . technically sounds legit. any experience with this?

Any opinions on setting up a US LLC (no tax as a pass through)then getting a virtual work visa for the LLC?
It may be possible but note that the US LLC would be taxable in UAE with the same rules as a UAE company
@ makes sense but much cheaper than having a UAE company I assume
Only downside to the whole dubai setup is that you need to stay there for 6 months every year.
Its 3 months not 6
not true, you just have to be there once every 6 months

that does not sound like a legitimate setup

you're definitely bending the rules if you do that, we only deal with fully legitimate setups
