Loving all the higher protein options that are becoming available as apart from the beyond and impossible burgers I struggled to find much in the parks last two times we visited, so really hope they have the Seitan & the barbecue plate this year. Saltiness aside, glad to know that the flavor was (mostly) sufficient to match! Can’t wait to see all these amazing HHN facades and scare zones in person so soon!
