Agree completely on the tech front Lee. I started in 1999 in tech straight from college, and I am SO thankful of my 'lack-of-tech' upbringing before that. As you said, wading through streams/brooks, playing out from dawn till dusk in the summer. It seems so simple but I wish my kids had those experiences. They just don't care now, everyone is hooked to a phone and the simple pleasures of being alive, being out and just experiencing things, is gone. I am just glad I got to experience those things in my life

We made dens, rope swings, climbed trees, went exploring down Apperley bridge on the Leeds Liverpool canal, walked over Baildon moors down to Shipley glen with Mum and Dad. Kids never get to do, or hardly any activities these days, glad I have those memories of adventure from early 1960 to 1978. Gaz Yorkshire.
