The seal rings are metal, only some inner lip has minimal rubber, doesnot fit into the piston, I brought the original rx 100 oil seal kit.

no longer available, i have gone to multiple shops but didn't get this one yet. I also tried asking rx100 oil seal kit, but they said the o rig on that is not small enough.
Size is 11x15x2.8 mm. Its not standart oring. It have Y shaped side.
Thanks for the video it helped me how to open it, I found the o ring from a two wheeler repair shop as per him it's been used in the hero splendor engine, hope now the search ends with the above reference

My pump lying useless for more than one year. Took 20 min to repair. Got the ring from a two wherler repair shop. Though shopkeepers dont want to take out time to search for appropriate ring as its not profitable to sell. Takes more time to search than the cost. I found luckily. Dont know how long it will last though. But atleast this guy dared to open it. Company doesnt even touch it.

My pump has same issue it works but pressure doesn't increase whereas feel air flow from nozil, will open it as per instructions and check if O ring is the culprit.

At 2:44, you made a mistake, the spring should go backward (the plastic part first in the hole), otherwise the pump don't pump. Thanks a lot for the video, it helps a lot to fix my issue.

any idea about this error- when the compressor is turned on after 3-4 seconds the red orange and white light start flashing continously even while charging, the pump works for 2 seconds and stops and the red orange white lights start flashing

@@Cutevibesnew Fortunately the O ring wasn't damaged, just twisted so I straightened and problem soled. that's all. You can try it online either in a hardware, cycle or scooter parts store or give me your number, when I get it, I will call you and send it to you
