I haven't run anything as grueling as Western States 100. Only done 1 - 100 mile and it was a fairly easy course but just doing that was a highly emotional, highly spiritual moment in time. God taught me so many lessons not just running the race but preparing for it. There is nothing like pushing yourself way past any limits you ever thought you had.
