Thought the seat belt law was law in 1981 and not 1991
It was in 1981 for children, 1983 for adults in the front and passenger seats, and 1991 for adults in the back seats (though I don't know why, it doesn't make sense). What's weird is that all cars had to have compulsory seatbelts since the 1970s. So since Rishi was in the back of the car, they're talking about the 1991 law

Why are people this delusional, our PM was fixing inflation on the video with homeless man, but some who are not from uk just add a video here. The Prime Minister visited a homeless shelter in London run by the Passage on Friday.
