    Keep up the Good work Tim . Most people still accuse me of steroids and whey protein but I’ve never taken some before . As an African fit and healthy guy . I honestly agree with all the nutritional valuable information you preach out there . I personally get all my vitamins and micro nutrients from all kinds of meat and some few herbs .
    Keep informing and helping people with the Truth 👍

    I changed my eating habits similarly to what Tim mentions except for the raw milk. I did switch from Lactaid milk to plant based milk. I lost lots of weight however, my cholesterol went up and my glucose numbers went down but very little. Also, a calcium CT scan showed some plaque buildup. What do you do if it’s not about weight loss but avoiding medical conditions that some of these foods with saturated fats can cause? Also, you mention how certain things damage your mitochondria but I’m not quite clear about if following your plan can revert or heal damaged mitochondria or just prevent more damage.

      Hey u get tired because ur not used to working out. For that reason u have to keep exercising and stay consistent and mostly try to not eat too much food but u still have to eat enough (meat eggs veggies fruits are good) theres more u can eat but simply work with ur bodyweight. Push ups squats planks sit ups and pull ups are good but ur still young just find a hobby like riding bicycle for getting your condition better.

    If Jennifer was on a caloric deficit eating only peanut butter Jennifer would still lose weight. Again you are using micro notion to generalize a macro outcome which is scientifically not only plain wrong but dangerous for those who listen to you. Also it is fair for you audience to start referencing your claims, so we know where you get this information AND especially (highlighted 3 times) HOW you interpret the science behind it.

    • @slay7765
      @slay7765 5 месяцев назад +1

      Why is it dangerous?

    • @ruggerobonaventura4215
      @ruggerobonaventura4215 5 месяцев назад

      @@slay7765 misinformation on steroids is very dangerous. He is cherry picking notions and using it as a totalitarian approach to diet. E.g. Keto can be wonderful and life changing for some and can lead to chronic liver diseases for others. I've never heard this individual talking about the importance of having your blood work done for example. Instead he keeps on making claims such as 'calcium is bad' in this very same video which again can be very true and an be very wrong. The danger is very obvious. He is trying to come up with his USP to sell his dogshit weightloss plans and without understanding that every human body is different, and especially without possessing any form of license can be indeed dangerous. Adding to that there is also the psychological side of it. If Jennifer enjoyed a teaspoon of peanut butter, are we sure a restrictive approach will work long term? Was a bit of peanut butter the real mistake in her weight loss journey because peanut butter contains xyz? We don't know shit about her hormones, about her lifestyle, vitamins and so many other things. Yes it is dangerous.
