My votes for inking are... Pumpkin: Green or Black Skull: Silver, maybe a burnt Gold kinda Coppery metallic Nerdz: White or Dark Pink Eyes: Sky Blue or Brown
@@escalator8969 Kinda but not really, you can get really dark pinks without going full on red, the pink I am thinking of is darker than that of the candy so it shows up against it and still complaments the purple.
it didn't register that oh yeah the googly eyes would still move around in the resin, but that is the coolest thing and it totally made my night. like all your other videos, this was most excellent!
Pink nerd ones look like brains. A set for a dm to roll for any undead creature. Make it spooky ooky. Pumpkin I'd do a nice cream. Smoke skull one totally silver. Nerd ones I'd say a bright neon blue might almost be cute. The eye ones could have a deep blood red.
The eyeball set is to Stare in Judgement when your bard makes a seduction roll. I think the Nerds dice would look nice with a deep blue, the eyes would do well with all metallic black or dark grey, and the bones would look awesome with either a bright toxic or deep creepy green! And green on the pumpkin die as well
Ciara Connolly if you roll well, it really shouldn’t be too big a deal. Just make sure that they actually roll for a bit and don’t just fall on the table
Despite me not playing D&D (yet😉), I realized through your videos that I’m absolutely a dice goblin. I love them so much! I really dig every single one of those Halloween dice!! The sound the eyes make when you shake them is so delightful. Here are my suggestions for the number colors: Great Pumpkin: dark gunmetal or swampy green Nerds: neon green Skulls: glow in the dark green or a similar color (white with hint of green) or silver Eyeballs: deep purple
Yet is the perfect word ;) I'm liking the neon green idea a lot for the nerds :) Also, glad to have a dice goblin on board, even if you don't play DnD... yet ;P
Those are really cool. I used to use bleached bone with a flesh wash over it when painting bones year ago. Liked the eye ones. Had an idea, a set with plastic SPIDERS in it!
Hey, for the spiders you could absolutely use some shaped sprinkles(like for cookie/cake/etc. decorating) I can guarantee you that there are spider-shaped ones out there
I was really impressed by the nerd dice! When you showed them at the beginning I really thought they were brains, and I wondered how you'd created that effect, haha. I bet a set with green and yellow nerds would be really cool for an Easter theme. I agree, the spooky skull set is the coolest, though I like all of them.
The big pumpkin dice seems so satisfying to hold? I dunno it’s so big I love it. Green would be a great colour! The skull dice are definitely my favourite *^* they’re so spooky!!! Silver or maybe a dirty cream to bring out the skulls’ colour? The nerds one was really really fun and different! You could do a mix for that? Like pink on the sides that are purple and purple on the sides that are pink? And the googly eye one...just imagining how fun that would be to roll randomly making everyone stop and stare! Not sure what colour for that one...black might stand out well? Maybe
I for some reason thought the bone dice wouldn’t work out but they look so good! Probably the best set I’ve seen you make except for the day Druid set.
The skull set is by far my favorite of your sets. I’m going to have to make some molds soon! I’d suggest a pale blue for a more ethereal feel. I agree with the green inking for the pumpkin one
The grave cleric and mindflayer dice are also my fave of those. As a person now deciding that making their own dice, along with other things is a smart idea, your dice makes series is a Godsend. Thanks for showing your triumphs and mistakes, its so good to see. Also, thanks for the safety tips as well. May your brains be tasty and your allies be spared from death's sweet embrace.
Thank you for that! I am glad that you like the content I put out there :) Send pics when you get your first set done! I'm excited to see what you create :) May your rolls be ever critical!
Those colored wisps in the skull dice look really cool! I'd love to see you experiment more with those alcohol inks, and making cool sets with wisps of different colors. There's /r/ResinCasting on reddit, where there's people making all sorts of really cool objects in resin with layered inks of various kinds, glitter and pearl dust etc, and I'd be really interested to see what works for dice.
Oh I'm on that sub haha :) I would love to get more alocohol inks, they are just so dang expensive. I got a few now though, so you might see more in some coming vids
I have a question, how do you keep the various things inside the dice from pressing against the mold and poking out of the resin? I was expecting to see a nerd or skull worn down from polishing and partially exposed
Most of the time it's just luck to be honest haha. But the silicone is hard enough that it pushes a decent way on it, and the pressure pot makes it so resin is pretty much always coating everything. With sanding we are taking off a SUPER thin layer, so it's USUALLY not a problem.
so recently youtube started recommending me your videos and ive watched 5 and so far youve convinced me to buy silicone, resin, a pressure pot and to get back into dnd
I love the skull dice! They’re like necromancer dice! I had that idea to use Nerd candy a few months back as like a candy series. I’d love to see what would happen if you used different types of sprinkles.
They're all gorgeous and super sp00ky! The nerds ones look like brains but my favourite is the googly eyes set, I love how they move inside the dices hahah
You could do chocolate, Jello, or hard candy dice. Chocolate is the hardest to work with. Jello is the fastest but wouldn't roll. Hard candy is pretty simple with sugar, water, dye, and a candy thermometer.
Such timing! I Just tried making googly eye based dice the other day! Sadly I didnt use enough and they just ended up floating near the top. Will need to use more in future, yours look great!
For the pumpkin die I think a dark purple (like the frosting color from ihop whip cream) would look great. For the skulls I think a off pearl would pop and go great with the theme. The nerds I can see a a emerald working and the googly eyes would be navy blue or hazel color.
your videos are so fantastic, i love how informative u are! there isnt a lot of "fluff" in your videos, you get straight to the point, which i REALLY appreciate
These are so perfect ♥️ For colors? Pumpkin: green or brown Eyes: black or glowing blue Skulls: silver or glow in the dark green Nerds: bright blue or red I'd love to see some lightning/storm themed dice! I'm excited to see the other classes dice sets you'll do(especially the barbarian)!
Rybonator I think there’s enough white that black numbers will stand out enough to be seen but won’t take away from the eyeball effect. Red numbers would blend in too much with the blood imo.
LOL the one with the little skulls, I thought where popcorn at first. I was not completely paying attention, and glance at it, "Oh Popcorn," I thought.
Well...for the inks I think: Pumpkin: Dark Green Skull: The greyish silver sounds pretty fantastic actually. Nerds: I think it would be cool with a toxic green. It's the color I think of when I think brains and supernatural stuff. Or perhaps a vibrant cotton candy blue to go with the colors. Eyes: Gold. I want to say red but I feel like red or black might blend too well with the colors of the eyes and blood splatter. Unless you go daaaark red.
I’ve never had much of an interest in dice until I came across your channel. So fun and dazzling! My color suggestions for the numbers: Green for the pumpkin die. Anything metallic, perhaps antiqued or tarnished looking metallic for the skull dice. Yellow for the candy ones. And a nice bright silver for the bloody eyes.
Thank you for that :) I really appreciate hearing that I got someone into this rabbit hole of a hobby haha. I also really like the idea of the yellow on the nerds!

These look awesome! The skulls are my favorite ones, I'd actually buy those! I have some ideas for the numbering colors: The pumpkin dice could be a vine green or a black numbering. The skulls would look awesome with the silver-white or a cracked white color (white with small black cracks in the numbers). The purple nerd dice would look good with a light blue, and the pink I think a blood-red would look awesome. The google eyes one would just look good with basic black.
Yeah I'm thinking a simple black on the eyes is the way to go. Glad you like them :) Glad you like them! I might start selling when I get my custom dice printed out soon.
I love Die Hards Golem sets, I think the bone golem set is my favorite! Also, the skull dice set was awesome to look at, maybe use some of the bigger skulls in the large mold next time? That would look cool
These turned out amazing! My ink votes are Pumpkin: Definitely a green, it goes so well together - maybe a semi dark green? Smokey skull dice - A silver is a great touch to them Nerds - white, it helps stand out from the other colors Lastly, Googly eyes dice - A brown would be a good idea as it balances the white/red ration to it. Awesome video, keep up the fantastic work "Ryan" Lol jk, great job Rybonator!
Thank you :) Glad you like them! I think the silver on the skull dice is the way to go! Sshhh, people will think I have a real person's name and not some nerdy internet name.
Wow, I really like the variety! I appreciate how they look pretty Halloweeney and gross without being too much for me. And I was really surprised by how themed the Nerds set stayed! Had I not seen the thumbnail I would have expected cute, but in context, yeah definitely kind of brainey! Also yaaaay, that was a great sound from the eye one. I think you called it "joyous" and I was like, yes me and the actual huge grin on my face agree! :D (Also, just my personal view, but I don't ever find subscribe/notification bell stuff annoying when it's naturally slipped in like you did. I dont like it as part of huge, canned-feeling intros when I'm waiting to get to the actual content. But your vids are always smooth - it sounds like you're talking to us rather than making a sales pitch, even when you're reviewing a product or mentioning the notification bell.)
Thank you for the kind comments :) I really do appreciate reading things like this. It makes my day! Glad to know that I don't annoy too terribly much haha. I WANT my videos to feel like you are hanging out with a friend, rather than spending your time watching a video. It makes me happy that it comes across that way to you. :) Have an awesome day!
Love the spooky dice! Green or purple for the pumpkin dice would be really cool. White, silver or grey could look awesome for the skull dice. Gold or bright blue might look cool for the nerds. Black or dark red would be cool for the eyes.
I just bought that same purple set from Die Hard, they arrived earlier this week. I got them for a grave Domain cleric I'll be playing in the new year. The texture and the matte finish are really amazing!
I think black or green for the inking on the pumpkin dice. I think black or a dark grey or a dark blood red for the skull. Something that would blend in or pop out. I have no idea what would look good for the nerds. Though the white would look good. I'm unsure about the eyes as well. I want to say red but I'm not sure how that would look, like if the numbers would just blend in or if they would pop out. All of these turned out great and I'd have to agree that the skull ones are the best. I really like the fact that you did the smokey effect instead of just leaving the resin as is. I think it really made the dice.
Those skull dice are so cool! I think a emerald green ink or deep purple would look great on the pumpkin dice, silver or blood red on the skulls, white or gold on the nerd dice.
The Nerds dice look like they're filled with tiny little slimes. For the pumpkin die, I think a hunter green or sage green would look good, or alternatively, a glow in the dark green so you can see it in the dark dungeons. Skull dice numbers should be a fluorescent purple. I think the nerds dice would look nice as a light blue. As for the eyes, maybe black? I dunno.
i LOVE the skull dice!!!! i NEED my own set like it... maybe with purple smoke.... and the eye concept has so much potential! maybe one big eyeball for each die? the d4 would look like an illuminati all seeing eye LOL
Sou Brasileiro e acompanho o seu canal. Acho maravilhosa a sua arte. As temáticas inspiradoras! I'm Brazilian and I follow your channel. I find your art wonderful with inspiring themes!
The skulls were sick as hell. The pink nerd dice were pretty cool too. They remind me of the pink slime from Ghostbusters 2. When I was a kid, I had these plastic balls called glide balls. They were clear and filled with some sort of liquid and had an inner ball with an image on it. When the ball rolled, the inner ball with the image stayed upright. I don't know what they're called now or if you can even find those sort of toys anymore, but I had one that was an eyeball and one that was a brain. I feel like one of those would look awesome in a big d20. Not sure how they would stand under pressure though, might crack.
My fiance is super critical of how balanced dice are, but oh man I love the bone ones. I'd make them for my brother (who plays a death army on the table top) but alas, not really in my skill set.
Oh I have myself a death army int he works for Age of Sigmar :) Honestly the bone ones SEEM to work fine as far as balance is concerned right now. But I can see the reservation :) (Also I have no skills, if I can do it, anyone can :) )
Looking at that huge dice I just had a crazy idea: "Dice dice"
Dice with smaller dice inside
THIS.
Yes absolutely
HE IS TOO DANGEROUS TO BE KEPT ALIVE!!
Someone gave me a pair of d6's once that are hollow and have even smaller d6's inside so you roll two at once.
Or go even deeper with "dice dice dice". Put tiny dice in normal sized ones, then put the normal ones in the giant d20
hell yeah, these dice make my bones feel like they are about to Hatch.

I love the googly eye dice, that's just so awsome!!!
Thank you :) Glad you like them!
Not gonna lie the skull ones really look badass!!!
Glad you like them! Thanks :)
FINALLY SPOOPY DICE!! SO EXCITED TO SEE THEM!
So spoopy! BOO :D
I call tabletop dice nerd dice so you made nerd, nerd dice and I love it
Nerd Nerd dice, designed by a nerd, for nerds :)
Don’t know why I thought the googly eyes wouldn’t work anymore, but it’s startling hilarious seeing they do
Right? I love it!
Those bone dice would be absolutely awesome for a necromancy set.
Absolutely they would :D
love these dice.
Thank you :) I'm glad you like them!
These look awesome! The skulls are my favorite ones, I'd actually buy those!
I have some ideas for the numbering colors:
The pumpkin dice could be a vine green or a black numbering.
Glad you like them :)
Glad you like them! I might start selling when I get my custom dice printed out soon.
I would honestly buy those eye dice from ya. Love seeing all your dice you come up with and make.
Thank you :) Glad you like them :) I might sell some when I get my custom dice in to make molds from
I love Die Hards Golem sets, I think the bone golem set is my favorite! Also, the skull dice set was awesome to look at, maybe use some of the bigger skulls in the large mold next time? That would look cool
I need to figure out how to make a fire looking dice for a giant flaming skull dice :)
These turned out amazing!
My ink votes are
Pumpkin: Definitely a green, it goes so well together - maybe a semi dark green?
Smokey skull dice - A silver is a great touch to them
Nerds - white, it helps stand out from the other colors
Lastly, Googly eyes dice - A brown would be a good idea as it balances the white/red ration to it.
Awesome video, keep up the fantastic work "Ryan" Lol jk, great job Rybonator!
Thank you :) Glad you like them! I think the silver on the skull dice is the way to go!
Sshhh, people will think I have a real person's name and not some nerdy internet name.
more transparent dice with swirls please! that skull set looks amazing!
I really am happy with how it turned out :) I need some more alcohol inks
Wow, I really like the variety! I appreciate how they look pretty Halloweeney and gross without being too much for me. And I was really surprised by how themed the Nerds set stayed! Had I not seen the thumbnail I would have expected cute, but in context, yeah definitely kind of brainey!
Also yaaaay, that was a great sound from the eye one. I think you called it "joyous" and I was like, yes me and the actual huge grin on my face agree! :D
(Also, just my personal view, but I don't ever find subscribe/notification bell stuff annoying when it's naturally slipped in like you did.
Have an awesome day!
Love the spooky dice! Green or purple for the pumpkin dice would be really cool. White, silver or grey could look awesome for the skull dice. Gold or bright blue might look cool for the nerds. Black or dark red would be cool for the eyes.
Thank you! I appreciate that :) I like the silver idea for the skulls
I love the eye dice set, those are awesome.
I really like how they turned out :) Super fun to play with!
Those skull dice are amazing! It looks like bodies at the bottom of a swamp
That’s exactly why I want them
I just bought that same purple set from Die Hard, they arrived earlier this week. I got them for a grave Domain cleric I'll be playing in the new year. The texture and the matte finish are really amazing!
Oh it's super awesome to look at :) I don't know how it refracts light in the colors that it does, but I'm not complaining!
Ooooohhhh the dice for the give away are so pretty I love them I would love any of them
Enter in the giveaway then :) Everyone has an equal chance!
I agree, the smokey effect was really awesome, and I can't wait to do that on more of my dice :) Glad you like them!
Those skull dice are so cool!
I think a emerald green ink or deep purple would look great on the pumpkin dice, silver or blood red on the skulls, white or gold on the nerd dice.
I like the crimson blood red idea on the skulls :) Glad you like them!
Those SKULL DICE though yesss omg! Loving the upload schedule you've got going on atm
Thank you :) Glad you like what I put out :) It's hard to keep to the schedule sometimes, but I try my best!
@@Rybonator I completely understand, loving that you're still keeping these dice goblins content even with your hecking busy lifestyle!
I dunno.
Purple on the skulls is a great idea :)
i LOVE the skull dice!!!! i NEED my own set like it... maybe with purple smoke.... and the eye concept has so much potential! maybe one big eyeball for each die? the d4 would look like an illuminati all seeing eye LOL
There are some awesome eyeball dice that Rodney at Polished Planets makes on Etsy :) I'm gonna put a video on them soon. Hopefully you'll like it!
Oh my god these are Beautiful
Happy Halloween
Thank you! Happy halloween to you :)

Hola from the U.S.! I am glad that you like my work :) It makes me happy that someone from another country watches what I do!
Okay! I'm definitely going to need to make the skulls and eyes dice!! I have some skulls that have some weight to them..loving this tutorial!!!
Nice! You totally should. I will require some pics of whatever you make though :)
@@Rybonator -- as soon as my mold making stuff comes in I will be working on molds then I will "play"!! i cant wait!
But- where do I send pics to?
Oh dang, that would be dope honestly! I'll have to try and hunt one down :)
