I bought this unit but couldn’t get any straight forward tutorials on how to use this machine and to clean it. I was becoming extremely frustrated in just trying to make my first flat white. That was until I happened upon your review. You went through step by step in layman’s terms and I realised what I was doing wrong. I’m now in love with my Citiz. Thanks so much. Would have liked a little more on cleaning technique though. They say you need to remove seal around frother each time and all parts and change water daily which I find a little over the top for each use.
The CITIZ was definitely a commercial mistake. It is so much better at making Nespresso coffee than any of the other models (barring those that are the same with different branding) that it is not worth considering any of the others. Nespresso is marketing other models like crazy, but the truth is these things last forever are easy to maintain and give you cup after cup of perfectly prepared Nespresso Coffee; it gets the very best out of every capsule.
I like this video of 'how to use' as I don't have a Nespresso machine, liked the spec of this and wanted to get an idea of this machines capabilities. Migrating from a Tassimo, which are rubbish.
I was looking for a quick primer on the Nespresso. Your video was perfect to quickly get me going!!
Hope you like it!

Hello. Thank you for the informative review. I'd like to purchase the same drawer. Can you link to this one specifically?
Not sure if it's available any more.
Just picked up one of these babies for $20.00 at a garage sale. Cant wait to experiment !! Great info on this clip!
Thanks!
Thank you, this helped make my choice easier on what machine to get, very helpful!
You are welcome!
Whatever you do don't use a green scrubby but a metal spoon to scrape out foam is fine >groans<
A) Silicone spatula
B) a bamboo spatual/wedge
Haha yes not the best in retrospect. The space is super small so a plastic spoon is best. A spatula is too big.
Excellent vid
Thanks for watching!
Can u adjust the temperature thank u aj.
I don’t believe on that model. Sorry. Definitely check the instructions.
Might not be a good idea to use a metal spoon in the milk frother, can scratch it. But I’ve got one of these and love it
You're right - the metal spoon isn't a good idea.
Where did you get the little table where the machine is sitting at?
IKEA I believe.
If water won’t flow how do we troubleshoot
thanks for sharing I'll just pick this model up your video really helped much love from mauritius 🇲🇺
Good luck.
Holding the button turns the light blue for cold milk. The other spinner is for cold.
Good tips.

Good pointer.

This model is quite nice.
Hello helpful DIY Do they makes hot chocolate and mocha drinks?
yes, it works well for all sorts of hot drinks.
8:25 I think you need to descale your machine, it shouldn’t be that slow and the water flow is thin.
Good point, thanks.
Thanks for the review
No problem 👍
FYI - Those aren't minimum and maximum lines.... It's Max for hot, and max for cold. They produce different amounts based on temp.
Cool, thanks for the note.
👍🏻great demonstration!😎☕️
Thanks for watching.
Instructions state “don’t use a metal spoon” proceeds to use a metal spoon.
Thanks!

This is NOT a review. This is a HOW TO USE VIDEO 🤔
It's a bit of both. :)
@@ALinsdau this was extremely helpful thank you
It was a good demo... Your NOT a coffee guy though.... (we are are can tell, lol!) Thanks!
Hahaha, too true.
I bet you know more than one and 10 people actually recycle those coffee pods. No one has the time to mail that shit in or recycle it.
It is a challenge for sure.
Recyclable? Hardly. This company leads you to believe that. But it's actually not true. Disappointed you didn't promote the recycling pod.
Ok Karen
We just dump them in the recycle bin. Seems to work.
Calm down Karen
