@@NewOldHeadsPodcast exactly. Someone who doesn't know the work of the most selling hip artist of all time is indeed a casual hip hop fan. That would be day 1 of class.
The way in which you say "white rappers" gives you away. That means you are, in fact, not knowledgeable at all about hip hop as there are about 30 in my playlist who are phenomenal. I'm Quapaw so I don't feel the need to pretend like some people on the couch.
But more importantly then your sad little anti white rapper fetish, you lack the fundamental skills to critique lyrical artist. I've heard several of your reactions now. You read lyrics like they're short stories while assessing the very first intonation of how someone starts a verse as if this is in any way a valid criticism of the song or even the verse. You mistake punchlines for the only way an artist can have bars while missing the complex syllabic rhyme schemes within.
There are levels to hip hop and for casuals to make such a egregious comments about these artist is, quite simply, embarrassing.
It's only too fast to those who think slow.
