Some words for clarity: The Fundamental Law he wrote did not ban homosexuality in Hungary. The constitution has been amended recently (without Mr. Szajer) stating that gays cannot get married and cannot adopt a child. You like it or not, 95% of Hungarians do agree with it, and it is called democracy. Nevertheless, he is married and has a daughter. Therefore, he might be rather bisexual than gay. I do not see hypocriticizm in it.
He definetely breached the quarantine law and he had a questionable drug abuse. These are his sins, however I still do not understand why the police did not do a drug test in spite of his request.
