If it was a murder the young man would have been crushed worse and DRT. I saw a young g man murdered with a vehicle at a strip mall years back and there was no mistaking what the intent of that driver was. That young man was crushed and squashed into the broken wall of the building, it was horrible. I don’t think the trooper meant to kill the young man. Condolences to the family of the lost soul.

This is how society slowly degrades. Who wants to be the good guy when the bad guys making bad choices get bad consequences and maybe even die during the bad choices and suddenly everyone is on the bad guys side! "Father of two," etc. (keep track of those two in about 15 years they'll have about a 75% chance of being bad guys too) No one should be taken out in this manner but ya know You play on that side of the law and this can happen. EVERY reasonable Rational, Mature adult with an adult mind and I must mention an adult emotional stability knows you have to comply to the police. So once again I'll ask what are we doing charging this trooper with murder.!? POLITICAL MOVE. Some one wants to show how righteous and fair they are! What a farce. So once again keep doing this and all we'll have are bad cops because all the good ones won't work some where they can charge you for murder for doing your job. THEN you'll all wake up to reality of what bad cops really look like.

All the good ones that ha've kept their mouth shut are just as culpable as the bad ones. There's no such thing as a good cop anyway. You're living in a fantasy world. Andy Griffith isn't the sheriff and Barney Fife isn't the deputy.

Who told you you had to comply with police? That sounds play a perfect case of Stockholm syndrome on your part.

The only time you have to comply with police is if they've actually caught you red-handed in an actual crime.
